Go with Pluck, you wont regret it
We had considered all the high street retailers (Magnet, Howden etc) but the custom capabilities and the colours by Pluck convinced us to select them. We had an annoying pillar that we could not get rid of, but they were able to build a custom tall, skinny larder that hides it completely and gives us extra storage. We actually changed the footprint (U to L) and were worried about losing space but alas have gained so much storage.
Our entire design experience affirmed we had made the right decision. They worked with us for over 5 months, iteration after iteration, always professional, kind, and helpful. We 'only' did our kitchen, so not part of a larger house remodel and thus didn't have an interior designer. Naomi's experience and direction was so helpful and necessary! They were never pushy about finalizing design. We're generally decisive people but the options were overwhelming and they were so patient with us.
And then came the cabinets! They're as beautiful as they look on IG and even better quality than we imagined. For our fitters, this was their first Pluck kitchen they fitted and our site lead remarked what great quality the kitchen was and we should be very pleased with what we got. They noted, there were little things that Pluck did that you won't see with other kitchen cabinet makers ie. screwholes pre drilled, outlets pre-cut into the cabinets. It actually makes sense because if I were Pluck I wouldnt want the variable of some third party doing a half ass job cutting into the beautiful hardware.
We had a minor issue with the shelves in the larder being a little too shallow, and they immediately apologied and sent new ones by weeks end. You wont get that service anywhere else. Highly recommend Pluck... you only need to join one of those Magnet Prospective Customers facebook groups to be scared from using a high street brand. Our Pluck kitchen gives us so much joy, well worth the price.
Also note, we got a Pluck kitchen for our ground floor 3 bed flat. I was concerned they might not do a kitchen given those constraints, accustomed to larger Victorian or Georgian remodels but no job is too big or small. We have a small open plan living/kitchen space and made the kitchen the focal point.
