not even worth 1 star! i ordered 2 rocking chairs received nothing so sent email asking where my delivery was. got response saying i will receive a tracking number soon. Received nothing at all and now no response. SCAM!!

I ordered two chairs on August 25 for a total of $84 and change. Never received a shipping email, tracking link, or order number. Thankfully I had left the window open after ordering so I had my order number and order completion. They're no longer listed on Shop and aren't answering emails. I'm having to file a charge back with my card tomorrow.

I ordered a Rocking Chair in August. I didn’t get a Rocking Chair. I got a small pets blanket. I have emailed 5 times and it keeps coming back. Husband not happy as it was my anniversary gift from him. I have tried looking for the website site but can’t find it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. IT’s A SCAM

One star is generous! Ordered 2 chairs & received a tiny fleece blanket that you can get off Temu for £1. No response to any emails sent. Will be trying to get a refund from the bank. Please avoid buying from this company!

Worst company I've ever dealt with, scamming people out of their money, no communication, avoid if possible

SCAM SITE - Like other reviews here, I have been scammed. I order 2 garden rocking chairs, oink and blue. I did have Chairs showing on my order confirmation but updates were of hoodies. First it was a Blue and Pink Hoodie, I emailed and actually got a response to say the pictures were an error. Next update was an image of just one Blue Hoodie, I didn't make contact as I had the assurance before. What came hoodies, it feels like one hoodia I haven't open the package because it certainly ain't chairs. I have emailed 3 times and nothing, sent another yesterday, which was going to be my last one before I went for a charge back on my card - and the email comes back undeliverable. It is 100% correct email.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This company is a scam and will try to sell you a product that isn’t real! I bought a chair from them and since then the company isn’t working and hasn’t sent me any updates on my order and it’s been over 2 weeks. Definitely do not trust or recommend this company!

Ordered rocking chair for my grandson they sent a fleece 🙅‍♀️. Then offered to resend chair and I have heard nothing. My grandson is disabled so chair was very important.

Same as below.. ordered 2 comfy basket chairs off their site.. even went straight to the site rather going through tik tok, safety and all that.. followed the delivery process, so far so good, even tho it took 10 days from Germany apparently.. then had update saying been delivered, in an enclosed porch at a certain time.. funny because I have no porch and have a door camera with no activity at stated time of delivery.. so emailed.. no reply for 4 days.. so emailed again, and agian and again.. nothing!! Scam clearly.. don’t buy anything from these guys..

Scammers that have just shut down their website.

Do not order from this site took ages to arrive. Ordered a Comfy single chair but received a very small very cheap dog blanket. No response to emails I do have pictures of order and what arrived. I have since got the chair from TikTok no problems ordered tracked arrived in under a week DO NOT SHOP ON PLUFFLY Just put money in the fire

Scammers no delivery but showed delivered to door I went see no package . No response in emails 😞🤬🤬🤬

Contacted them when no shipping confirmation arrived after 5 days. Got a response says it takes 5-15 days for shipping. That's great but no update. I asked again. No reply. Now their website isn't working. Don't buy if they reappear. Fortunately my credit card company refunded me!

Complete scam! Ordered chairs and all of the sudden the site turns into a hoodie website. Tried contacting them for a cancellation, but no response. Do not order here

Paid for chairs, and when I clicked on order it showed 2 hoodies, 1 hoodie arrived and it is a mess.
Emailed them and they said a refund was ordered for me 4 days ago still waiting and all there adverts have disappeared off tic tok, SCAM

My story

I purchased two large cushioned rocking chairs for £63 from Pluffly after clicking their paid TikTok advertisement.

After making payment, I never received an order confirmation email from Pluffly. When I later went back to check my delivery information, the image associated with my purchase appeared as hoodies/clothing instead of the chairs.

I contacted Pluffly and they told me this was a system/display error and said my chair order was correct.

However, after everything I experienced and the inconsistencies I found while trying to verify the company, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding and requested a full refund.

I genuinely hope there is an innocent explanation, but I do not currently feel confident enough to proceed with the order. Im waiting for a refund
