I agree with Plumbgas to install a new Worcester boiler and Megaflo cylinder and connect to existing solar system which is quite a complex tasks. Plumbing was done to good quality and on time except that the Grundfoss pump was pumping in wrong direction. I was left with the task to rewire the solar management system myself. The pump was fixed next working day. I requested a wiring diagram for the new boiler. This was promised by company but not delivered.

What a great company! Office staff delightful, engineers knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Can't recommend Plumbgas highly enough. No intention of going anywhere else!

Plumbgas have a very good customer contact, they notify you when your boiler service is due & try to fit you in on a date & time that is convenient to you, the engineers are polite & do a thorough job.

My boiler had been playing up for a few days and the heating was coming on sporadically. I Googled boiler engineers in the area and Plumbgas came up. After reading great reviews, I gave them a call. Oliver from Plumbgas was able to get out to me the same day. He was able to fit a new thermostat. He was very professional and knowledgeable and also went to the trouble of sourcing a stand for the thermostat! I would recommend Plumbgas to my friends and family.

Excellent service. This was for a replacement circuit board. From coming out to see what the issue was to actually replacing it was a quick efficient service. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

I had a burst pipe over the weekend in the kitchen. Phoned Plumbgas up before opening hours on the Monday. They called me back once opened upon seeing my missed call. Within 2 hours a very helpful Ethan came out and sorted problem.
