Botched tap replacement sorted
An attempt by me to replace a leaking tap on a Jerry-rigged kitchen sink led to more problems and a house without water. Adam initially attempted to help by asking for a photo to try and guide us on how to fix it, however as it became clear it needed expert help, Adam was with us in quick time despite it being late evening and did a fantastic job not only replacing the tap and stopping the leak, but also replacing the pipes under the sink we had been experiencing problems with for some time. He explained what he was doing at each step and what the price would likely be, and was incredibly thorough testing everything was in order before leaving. It was gone midnight by the time he left, Adam was very respectful of the property and the fact kids were asleep in bed. Highly recommended.

A trustworthy, conscientious emergency plumber
Adam just completed an emergency repair to our leaking mixer shower. We agreed a time and Adam was transparent on pricing from the outset. He then kept me updated ahead of the agreed time and arrived bang on time.
Adam quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our problem within the hour. He is polite, conscientious and invited me to watch him work so I could learn how to fix the issue myself if it reoccurred in the future. He also took time to show me how to use the water meter isolator as a workaround for our broken stopcock. His work is excellent and he clearly takes pride in delivering a premium service.

Plumber made my water leak repair an…
Plumber made my water leak repair an easy process. Adam the plumber was efficient, inspired confidence and easily explained what was required to carry out the repair. He even asked for a vac to clean up after job completed. It was an out of hours call at 1am in the morning. Adam was on site within half an hour. Before this completed a form giving my contact details and details of the repair. Recommend. Infact very recommended
