First few times I used this company everything was great in every respect price avalibilty quality delivery courier etc. Having used them again it is refreshing to see they are still committed to competive pricing and have not dropped their quality delivery companies. Not sure if they are even trading?
Ordered a part 2-3 weeks ago, confirmation of part, but no shipping information, no response to email chasing up, no response to refund yet.

Hi,
Unfortunately we are unable to identify your order or any communication.
We are definitely still trading, and believe we provide our customers with a great service.
Refunds and returns are usually dealt with as soon as physically possible, this sometimes involves speaking with our suppliers which can cause some delays before we can provide further information to our customers to resolve such issues.
If you would like to contact us at info@plumblikeaking.co.uk with your order number we will be more than happy to help.

Communication was top notch
They have a great range of products for a heating and plumbing engineer like myself. It was easy to order with reasonable prices. Communication was top notch when an issue occurred with the courier Parcelforce, but Will was able to resolve it when notified. Happy to use again, thanks.

Amazing service
Alfie was amazing. He rescued us when the coil on our boiler broke late evening. Turned up quickly assessed the problem. Alfie spent all day installing a new tank, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, cleaned up after. He checked we had not water and all was on track before leaving. We are grateful for his experience, hard wprk, and cheerful manner.

Hi,
Sorry, I think you have the wrong business. We do not offer any services, just supplies.
I hope this helps you find the right business to give them your wonderful review 😊
A supplier that kept their word.
I called to ask about availability of a somewhat rare part, they said they could get it shipped from their supplier and it would be 3 working days to get it to me. They did and it was a Saturday delivery when it arrived. That’s what I like a promise that is kept.
