There are a lot of potential pitfalls when it comes to co-owning a vacation home. After seeing some of the things my parents dealt with while they had a beach house, I was always a bit hesitant to go in with a group myself.

Over the course of a few months, we met some great folks and found an awesome house that met everyone's wants and needs. Eight months later, the house is cash flow positive, and we've got to take family and friends to the beach a few times. That's what I call a WIN!
