I purchased some candles on Saturday afternoon and they arrived on Sunday in perfect condition, well packaged and as described. I would definitely recommend plum retail and will be purchasing from them again soon.

Saw these LED candles in my holiday rental. Ordered them while I was away & they were there for my return. Very realistic because they slowly flicker & the remote is fun.

Ordered Amelia glass cylinder diffuser, it said next day delivery but it arrived 4 days later and they sent the wrong one! Have emailed to ask about return and refund but no reply. Terrible customer service!
