Support never responds. I had 2 things to go over and 1 took over a week for a response. I had to curse in the support chat just to get one. Feels rigged, the amount of 50/50, 75/25 lost in a row is to suspicious. Rake back and rewards are almost non existent, there is no benefit to levels really. Nice how they have commission for creating a case and it being opened. Tried to withdraw multiple times but always seems to fail. Overall, the worst or 2nd worst CS2 gambling site I have used. Requested my account deleted and data deleted. Spend over $2000 over a month if that gives people a statistical prospective.

Site is literal trash. First 2 case battles I was able to win but both didn't even come close to the cost of the battle. So, even though I won the battle... I still lost money. The pulls out of the cases are so bad, you will never make your money back. Do not play at this garbage can of a gambling site.

One of the worst site that i have experienced on, have an issues but there was no support team to help.

I levelled up quite nice on the site, deposited a lot und one day I won a high amount. It took 4 weeks until I received the money. One week later I won even more (6.000,-) and they instantly blocked me!

The company headquarters is also not entirely accurate, as it leads you to a law firm.

My lawyer is already taking care of everything to recover the lost money and put a stop to their illegal gambling operations, which they then fail even to pay out. NEVER GO TO THIS SITE FOLKS!

Zahlen bei 'größeren' Gewinnen nicht aus. Ich werde seit 3 Tagen ignoriert und bin sogar auf deren Discord gebannt worden, weil ich täglich nachfragte wo das Geld bleibt. Support Anfragen + Support Mails werden auch strikt ignoriert. Außer man hat Fragen für Einzahlungen dann geht es natürlich schnell. Kleinere Gewinne wurden immer schnell ausgezahlt.

Hab mich KYC verifiziert, E-Mail verifiziert.

Sollte ich das Geld nicht bekommen werde ich einen Anwalt hinzuziehen.

Sollte doch noch alles klappen werde ich diese Bewertung überarbeiten.

Idk if they even got a Support, u never get an awnser or help not even a single info! i run after support now for 2 weeks but no fcks given! My withdrawl disappeared and nobody there for u to help u! Idk if they started to scam ppl or what i'm really dissapointed to thiis site! At the beginning was everything great but now, acting like ugly scammer..

I even came them on the way and said, to give me at least my deposit back, but no, no awnser.. so careful guys!

Just started using the site and i'm pretty happy with it, decent rewards, fair pulls/tickets, depos and withdrawals feels instant.

Hey Dont deposit this site I won discord gw they are payyed and I snowballed good after I trying withdraw but they say you need to deposit 5usd for withdraw I deposit 6 uds after I try again withdraw but they are say you need complate KYC and I did KYC after I trying withdraw they are ban me LOL with no reason

This is the worst site i've played on, scam games, only 4 gamemodes which are very bad, infinitely negative customer service, never play on this trash site!

Ive played on many other sites and this is the newest one from them all and they are missing some features but are adding cool new stuff every few days. They are also super active in the discord and support is really friendly when i had a small problem with my withdrawal, they fixed it super quick
