Bought a charging case listed on website. When item arrived was not what was pictured on website for 89.95 but one listed on Amazon for half the price. Would not answer calls or emails for return. So much for a return policy

I made the mistake of buying an iphone charging case from them. I had to return the specific phone it was for and immediately tried to notify the company to obtain return instructions. I got the unit which, of course, was of no value and have tried THREE times to get them to respond. My only recourse was via their website since the phone/chat is shut down. It has been over a MONTH and absolutely NO RESPONSE. Simply the WORST customer service and backing their advertised return policy.
DO NOT USED THEM!!!

Been over a month and still have not received a notification saying my case was shipped. Emailed customer service 3 times and no response. Save your money and buy from a legit company.

By far one of the best Iphone cases of all time. I love how it fits snug and secure and all the buttons and everything operate smoothly. Add to that, the customer service is stellar and they've been along with me every step of the way since it was back ordered due to covid.

Regarding order 17571, the plus case is defective. Was ordered 7/13/2020, and delivered 7/30/2020. Sent email to Plus Cases on 8/19/2020. Responded to Trust pilot with ratings 8/19/2020 and received an email back with ticket # 5903236 that starts to say Please type y

When I open the email there isn't any content. The Please type y
is gone. Please advise.

Placed my order on July 2. Got my case on August 2. Was defective. They won't respond to my emails for a replacement.

Very nice case with charging battery! Since living in the desert I lose service a lot which suck your battery down! No worries now !

This item was just the same as the cheap chinese junk on Amazon for a much higher price, and has already shorted out luckily it didn't take my phone with it.
I thought (foolishly) that if I paid the legit price i would receive a legit item.

I was told the item was in stock and since I paid for express shipping. I expected it within a week week and a half since it was coming fro LA. When I called no reply, when I emailed no reply.. Then I texted the rep and she said she doesn't have direct access to the company ???
Then Finally it showed that it shipped after going after them for a month and a half.. I was excited that it finally shipped but again USPS keep sending be notices it was delayed over 5 days... customer service 0 stars and can't get a response from them sucks
However very happy with the product so far...

The Pluscase is a good Battery cover.
I have one issue e with it, you cannot charge the phone with the Pluscase on the phone.
You must remove the case and plug the phone directly into charging cable, there is no pass through charging. So I have to take the phone out of the case to charge overnight.
Support replied to my concern about pass through charging. When you press the power button during charging it does charge the phone. I've changed my 4 stars to 5.

On the plus side, it has a USB port that works great.

Excellent customer service. I purchased the wrong case which wouldn't fit my phone and asked for a refund, the response from Plus Cases was very fast and within a couple of days the refund showed in my bank account. Even in these times where companies operate with skeleton staff, things were done quickly and efficiently and very courteously. I recommend this company if only for their customer service. They happen to also sell the best phone cases.

Horrible customer service! I sent many emails to them to cancel my order and I have not got a response from them. Reading other reviews from other sites apparently this happens a lot. I placed my order in June and it’s now August and I have not received anything. Don’t buy from them.

Do not order from this company! Have been waiting And waiting!!! Three emails later and still no case. What a joke of a company

They are a first class company. The support was amazing. My phone case started to tear,right by the belt clip. They sent me a new one and paid to ship it to me. All that I did was send them a picture of the old one that was ripping. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you again, I would recommend them to anyone.

Solve my problems Quick, and the case is beautiful

no same day shipping as it says on their site. every time I email, I get the same response in that they are going to ship the item this week and that time comes and goes. they arent excepting phone calls due to the covid, so all you can do is email them, which gets you nowhere.
figured I would try another company and see if I could find a battery with longer life, but obviously this was a mistake.
do not waste your time or money on this company.
I have sent 3 emails to them...and while I was typing this up ( just now ), I got the confirmation email saying that my order was on its way......still not happy with them . I cant imagine that there are millions of people ordering these phone cases.

Absolute garbage. Waited two months for shipping. Broke in two weeks. Can’t even charge my phone with this case anymore. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

There is not any better cell phone case in the market! What other case charges your cell to its full capacity! This one does! If possible, I'd rate it higher. Thank you for producing such good quality product, well done!
