I've ordered from them multiple times, and they overdeliver every time! Highly recommend! They have excellent customer service. Their products are very high quality and made in the US, so the quality testing is top notch. Will definitely keep purchasing from them in the future.

FWIW - I prefer their products over Posh+Lavish, the products were more customizable to my needs.

I reached a real person, Irma, which is really hard to do nowadays. She was so helpful in directing me to just the right mattress for our needs. I appreciated her kindness and patience in spending the time she did helping me.

These mattresses are incredibly comfortable. When i ordered mine, I ordered a mattress too soft for us. I called CS with Plush Beds and she helped me with a solution. I was worried we had to send the whole mattress back. The solution was a firmer insert and it was so easy to replace and repackage for return. I can't be happier with the service and product from Plush Beds.

It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a response from the company. Today is one month after ordering the mattress; three weeks after an email that manufacturing was delayed and the mattress would be delivered in two weeks; a week after an urgent phone call from the company to set up a delivery date; and four days after the promised delivery date when nothing was delivered. The company did not respond to an urgent email of when I would get my bed, so I complained to the BBB. The company canceled my order within 10 minutes of filing the complaint, indicating lack of transparency on their manufacturing delay.

We bought a King Size and a Twin Size Mattress 2 years ago, and it is the most expensive mistake we have ever made in our Life! All of us have Back Pain from those Mattresses! I would not recommend purchasing those products. The Bedsheet they give you for free is pure plastic! We tried to sleep in our guest room on our $400 Mattress and had a better night's sleep than on our $4000 Mattress!

I purchased the Luxury Bliss Hybrid medium and from the first moment I lay down on it, I slept blissfully. The sleep was so great that I ordered another one. We bought a Plush split king hybrid mattress four years ago and we loved it. It was so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! We recently relocated to another state and left our mattress behind. When we were settled in our new place we ordered the exact same Plush split king hybrid mattress for our new house. The order process was quick and the mattress arrived on schedule. BUT, we were very dismayed to find out that the new mattress is not the same as the one we bought 4 years ago. It looks very similar but it is a much firmer mattress and not very comfortable. We ordered the 'medium' firmness exactly like our old mattress but it is definitely not the same and is not very comfortable.
