Scam don't fall for it like I did. Placed order and had tracking details. The tracking was always at the same time of when it had allegedly been moved to next facility. Now my tracking says delivered but I've not recieved a thing. Luckily I have claimed the funds back through my card company.

Scam! I ordered from this company and when I checked out it took me to shopify when I paid. Ordered product on June 12 and got confirmation. A few days later I noticed the shop was removed from Shopify. I messaged the shop about shipping and was told that it takes 2-3 business days to process. Whe that time frame passed I saw that the order was still in process. I followed up again and was told it takes 7-8 business days. After 8 business days have passed, my order still said it was being processed. I followed up and was told there was a shipping delay due to high order volume. About two days later I received an email stating item was shipped and that I will receive a tracking number.
That same day, a few hours later I received another email stating that Shopify removed their e-commerce account, they dont have access to funds, and that my order will be canceled and that Shopify has to review the funds and hold it for 120 days therefore they cant give me my refund till after 120 days.
How can you tell me you shipped my product and then turn around and say you dont have access to my account and funds?
I confronted them and told them that I will dispute my transaction with the bank and that they are frauds.
The next day I get an email stating that I will be refunded..all of a sudden they wanna issue me a refund. I still dont trust them and have already reported them.
On their tiktok account I noticed the name was changed from plushlabubu to pomlabubu and that the link does not work. On shopify, the name was poplabubu but when you click the store link it comes up as plushlabubu. Clearly they keep changing their name so thats a red flag and all the excuses! Also, the website keep saying sale for 1 day only but it says that every day..and prices are cheaper then retail…which doesnt make sense how these are 70-90% cheaper. Clearly fraud and a trap to bait people.
It’s a scam website! They have a fake trustpilot review! They won’t actually send you anything, and if you say something about the tracking they will make it seem like it’s going to go to you but they will put on the actual label some business address
