I have noticed on my online banking that £9.95 has been taken without my knowledge. I have never heard of this company until I checked my bank account. How do I cancel the payment?

I first placed an order with them in January which they never sent. I emailed them about this but never received a reply. And since then, they have been charging me £9.95 a month for a subscription I never signed up to.
Absolute scammers. Beware!

I inadvertently subscribed to this company when making a purchase and have been trying to unsubscribe. The sign in process accepts my email but refuses my password and I am told they have sent me an email to reset it but I received no such email dispite trying several times after which I was shut out of the system. Therefore I am unable to unsubscribe and have blocked further payments from my bank. This is a very difficult company to deal with!

Bought something years a go. They scammed me out of money with their reoccurring monthly charge which I had tried to cancel multiple times. No response from customer service. Eventually the account was closed and monthly charges stopped. Randomly months later they have started again! I've now been advised by my bank to block my card. How they can restart a monthly charge after you have cancelled it I don't know!! Beware, don't use!

Re-set option doesn't acknowledge what has been input.
The membership ... is not made clear on the home page. Very misleading.
Bank details are saved for monthly membership fee ..the option to cancel this states can be done after 24 hours of setting up the account.
I have requested this and have had no response.
Zero customer service.

This site is a scam, they have somehow acquired my bank details and have been charging me a monthly subscription for the last 6 months. Contact your bank right away if the same has happened to you.

Absolute scam and a business that has fleeced me out of over £400 in recurring charges since 2020 when I made a one off purchase of £29.95 from them. How can this practice be allowed to continue unchecked and what recourse is available to consumers who have been scammed by these opportunistic retailers. Trading Standards need to get involved and shut this practice down permanently.

Scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Judging from the reviews other people have been signed up to a subscription they didn't request. No reply from company fir over 3 weeks now. Cannot log into site, please avoid completely

I had the misfortune to order some small household items from this website almost a year ago, they were less than €10. Only realised now that they've been taking from my card €9.95 every month ever since...unclear for what or why. I didn't receive any emails from them ever so tried to log into their website, doesn't work. The link for setting up a password never arrives, I tried so many times the site locked me out twice. Clearly a scam of some sort, be aware and stay away!

although I was happy with my purchase this company has deceptively deducted 9.95 Euro per month from my bank account ever since without my permission! be warned that they are thieves!

I am giving one star as unfortunately 0 is not allowed. Stay away from this scam company. The parcel arrived as stated but they put me on a monthly membership of £15 without me requesting it. I have only realised 3 months after when looking at the statements and they are refusing to refund me!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Bought a hoover filter for €4 March 2023 and they have taken 14 unauthorised payments of €9.95 from my account. Not responding to emails or complaint. My bank called me as they were flagging as fraud !!!

The order arrived and I was very satisfied, however it seems that you have been taking further payments on my credit card which have not been authorised, please refund and stop these payments!
