PM Law Avis 

I received great service from Susanne at PM Law.
I was kept informed at all times, prompt replies to any questions and explanations made clearly for some one who isn’t in the legal profession.
I would not hesitate to recommend PM Law.

…are 12 names that come up many times in the first few pages of Trustpilot reviews and people can’t praise them enough.

A 13th person at PM Law is also mentioned in these reviews as N***i. She does not get a pleasant mention. Rather the opposite. I don’t know the reason for the ‘stars’ to obscure her name by the previous reviewer. Perhaps Trustpilot have a policy of not letting people name individuals in bad reviews. I don’t really know.

Unluckily for me though, I have also been lumbered with this 13th person and I can tell you that I agree with the previous negative reviewer.

I find her a frosty, unfriendly, unhelpful, unsympathetic, poor communicator who makes me feel like everything is an inconvenience to her, in particular because my circumstances are a little bit complicated.

I also have a friend who is using PM Law with another claim handler and everything is going very well.

So I think PM Law are probably a good firm, just sadly one employee letting the side down.

After PM Law asked Trustpilot to identify me and I did not respond, they asked for this review to be removed unless I verified myself as an actual customer. I have now done that.

However, it does come over as particularly nasty on PM Law’s part. Typical lawyers I suppose.

It should be noted that I did not post this review as a means of attracting PM Law’s attention for poor service. I posted it for the benefit of others. That’s primarily what Trustpilot is for.

If PM Law wish to reply, they do not need to connect this review to my case or identify me. They can always investigate the particular employee generally should they choose to do so.

Excellent service throughout my claim. The process was well explained at the start and with timely communication to keep me well informed of progress throughout.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

After a long stressful process, Cery and her team at PM law have managed to get a very good result for me. I have been fortunate not to suffer with long term injuries after my motorbike accident cause by the 3rd party and wanted to be reimbursed from my personal lost. Something PM law did managed very well on my behalf. Again long process bu worth it.

I wanted PM law to represent me for my mother’s Negligence Case.
They couldn’t even give me an answer if they were going to represent me after 11 days.
They were very quick to close the file but not to respond to the case.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from N***i and another lady in her office. Was spoken to like s**t if I’m honest, when ever I called N***i was never there she was “apparently” out the office or on leave, never returned my calls or emails, constantly having to chase her up all the time. Then when I did she got Mardy on the phone, didn’t keep upto date with the other party always took weeks to reply to any communication and offers of payment, the whole process took over a year when it should never have took that long. I suffer from very bad depression so I always felt upset after speaking to her because of the manor I was spoken to on the phone. Will never recommend or use again. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could

Since English is not my first language,
I was worried it going to be difficult for me to communicate with the Solicitors. But Helen has been really nice and friendly since the day she takes over my case.
She replies every emails I sent and explains everything clearly with details and information. Helen is really professional and knowledgeable. So, it really makes me feel safe and confident of my case.

The staff from PM Law in Particular Tim and Denise worked with true diligence and perseverance on our behalf regarding an accident injury insurance claim. Thanks to their efforts we were successful.
The other party decided subsequently to lodge a Court appeal supported by the plaintiff company.
The staff at PM Law were honest, courteous and kept us appraised every step of the way. They acted on our behalf at the court of appeal and put forward such information that the appeal court found in our favour.
I cant commend them enough.
