Charger connection and wifi problem
The customer service support was excellent, taking me through the connection service and enabling the charger. the problem occurred after a change in router and broadband.

There was a problem with the installation date but Pod worked with me to sort this out. A marker of a good company is how they perform when things don't go right.

Connecting a new Router to a Car Charger
The Pod Pont charger was installed in November 2023. It has worked perfectly since for daily re-charging of my Mercedes EQA 250+.
Two weeks ago we upgraded our In-home Wi-Fi, installing a Netgear Nighthawk M7 Pro Mobile Router
This worked perfectly in our home with all our devices except the Pod Point Charger.
We contacted Pod Point support and they worked hard to resolve the problem of no connection between the new Router and the charger. After numerous calls and emails, Eric at Pod Point support identified the problem and talked us through the resolution. This means that our in-house Wi-Fi Network is now much improved in all aspects.

Great communication from podpoint. Kyle was fabulous, knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy and you wouldnt have known he had been there (apart from now having a shiny new podpoint on the driveway). It was a pleasure him being around for the morning and the dogs loved him too. Thank you!

Great personal support after a rocky start
The overall process with Pod Point wasn't the smoothest because the install didn't go to plan, but the support I received from Matt Fenwick throughout the resolution stage was excellent. He took ownership of the issues created with the install and has now sorted them. Grateful for Matt's help to get this resolved.

Cameron installed a EV charger at my property today and was really professional. He answered any questions I had and was really polite and friendly.

Good communication. Well presented and arrived just before the expected time. Followed instructions on locating the property. Listened to requests. Tidied up after themselves. Ensured that it was in a usable state with all access and a run through. Very pleased with the service.

Great guy who explained everything very well, tidy installation and did a great job! POD point kept me up to date with reminders about the install date and app is easy to use. No complaints here, due to moving house this is the second time we’ve used them and won’t go elsewhere!
