This appears to be a scam company. I ordered boots weeks ago , I am still waiting. When I contacted them they told me to contact Royal Mail. Why would RM hold onto my boots. I don't believe they have posted them I asked to cancel them and return my money. Not possible.

I ordered a magic electric hair brush on 20 December 2024. I tried three /four times to charge the brush, it won't charge, flashes red when I plugged it in. I have returned the brush on 3 January 2025 and had the item tracked. When I checked the tracking today, the reply was it was delivered to a neighbour. The address is PODOfree, 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock WS11 8LB. I asked for my £39.99 back. I feel the company isn't genuine and it's a scam. I would like to know how I can get my money back.

Exactly same as previous reviewer.
Sizes are completely wrong , they sent me 2 sizes bigger than I ordered and still are too small !
And of course they want you to return to China at your own expense. Nothing to say when you order them that they are coming from China, so bit of a surprise.
Do trading laws not apply to this dodgy company ??

Total SCAM. Wrong sizes sent and they refuse to refund unless I return to CHINA at my expense and refund only then at their discretion .. NO HOPE THEN ..
... trying for chargeback but not hopeful! The director (Chinese) on Companies House lives in Brierley Hill and ignores correspondence. These boots are only fit for the bin .. kiss goodbye to £59.99 .. also thermal gloves £9.99.

Companies House should be made aware immediately of this fraudulent trading and the Company written off

Technically they don't deserve a 1 rating. They advertise as like Sketcher's which they are not anything like them. I WILL be throwing them in the trash that is how uncomfortable they are no one would ever want to wear them. Its my bad if something is to good to be true it usually is. The took me for 60.00. I ordered a pair of Women Orthopedic Clogs advertised on facebook as a Sketcher product "with air cushion support". They are anything but comfortable and No Air cusion support. The inside of the shoe's sole is hard like cardboard and poorly made. I requested a full refund due to they falsely advertised the comfort of these shoes. I was denied a tefund because they said they sent me the right size and shoes. Totally ignoring my unsatisfactory comfort as advertised. Several emails were sent back & forth from "Ciaraus.com, who I initally received tracking information from. The final email when I told them that I was filing a complaint with my credit card company and doing a google review was offering me a 5% refund and 30% off my next order. I declined both and filed a dispute with my credit card company and paypal. The order came from yet another place called NJHR in Freeport, Ny. However payment was made thru Paypal PODO-Pte-ltd. Beware of false advertisement on merchandise. They are not concerned about the customer, At All!!!

I rec’d clogs that don’t fit too long…..
I had to call to let them I was not receiving my order….men voice message…
The product is a falsification of a similar Sketcher product advertise just top of that advertisement….you get mixed up…
Even the envelope looks cheap…..

I forgot to check reviews on this company. Big mistake! I purchased 3 pair of horrible malfitting shoes. I went to look at the return policy and bottom line, you can't return anything unless the item is damaged or not received. No consideration for items that don't fit properly, ect...
Horrible company and hopefully they will go out of business for the poor products and services they currently provide!

Scam. Got an empty plastic box with wall plugs for a European outlet that was supposed to be a. "energy saver"

Definite SCAM....never received my order and no customer service available!!! STAY AWAY

I have NOT yet seen the two Jacks that should have arrived two years ago. Their support is non-exisiting. So to me they are just a big scam.

Told them I was moving. They didn’t update the address so obviously it got delivered to the old house. We’ve been waiting for a month and a half for it to be returned so they can resend. Joke. So sick of Kickstarter projects taking my money then just blanking me when I don’t get my products. Literally never using Kickstarter again.

Might review score when I actually get the product. Been so long it’s embaressing.
