Their ads on the website are very deceiving. Bought an Advent Sea Glass calendar. Product barely even resembles what we received. They refused to take it back, offered a 10% refund and wanted me to pay to ship it back to them. They are a fraud. Original purchase on 10/11/25, received notification from Poetchic today with denial of refund.

They dont deserve one star.
Ordered the sea glass calendars not as advertised when opened they were just cheap plastic. Website says free returns but they are refusing to honour that and are saying I have to pay 20USD postage.
Be very wary of ordering anything from this company.

What I "thought" I ordered was not what was delivered to my house. What a total rip-off.

Awful product. The website said a leather jacket. It was actually made of plastic and very thin, poor quality fabric. Total waste of money. Do not buy from this site.

I ordered 5 Buffalo Trace Advent calendars and they were very poor quality/ All paper/39.00 each. I am going to contact Visa and have them place a fraud alert on this company so that no one else is scammed

Terrible customer service foolishly placed an order for 2 items but after reading the many customer very negative reviews tried to cancel the order I placed tried 6 times to cancel order but just keep getting replies saying they are waiting to ship my order very frustrating

Bought 2 Buffalo Trace Advent calendars. They are cheapest piece of crap I have bought. Nothing like the pictures. Total rip off.

Contacting BBB and the Buffalo Trace marketing people see if they approved this for sale and let them know that their products names are being trashed. I want my money back no one answers texts or emails.

I bought a Yellowstone Park Series leather jacket. Its the worst thing I have ever bought or seen. The photo used in the advert bears no resemblance to the actual item which looks cheap and shoddy. The material used is paper thin and the "leather" is plastic. Its so bad that I wont even give it to a charity shop. The only good place for it is a waste bin. Dont be fooled by the advert photo. The product is a cheap rip-off

HEADS UP! Here's how to get refunded from this SCAM company, if you used Paypal. I filed a dispute and opened a case. A couple days later poetchic sent me an email saying "sorry we have not shipped your item, but if you cancel the dispute we will ship it" RED FLAG! They did NOT send the email to Paypal in response to my dispute, but tried to SCAM me into ending the dispute. I then pasted their email into my Paypal dispute. I then received ANOTHER email asking me AGAIN to cancel the dispute so they could ship the item. Again, not sent through Paypal. I also pasted that message into my claim. FINALLY they caved in and refunded me back to my Paypal account. Just be patient and do NOT fall for any of their shady tactics.

I placed an order and then thought better of it. I contacted poetchic.com and asked them to cancel the order and refund my PayPal account the money I spent. Their customer service was excellent. They cancelled my order and refunded my payment very quickly. Within 2 days they had placed the payment back in my account. Excellent service !

Took my money, they had no problem with that, no communication for the item I ordered and have yet to hear anything from them.
Ad was on a local news Chanel. Those should not be allowed to be posted there. Such a scam and fortunately for me I am out the money

Purchased a jacket, poorest quality I have ever seen - I would not recommend buying anything from this company - the image of the jacket advertised compared to the delivered item is vastly different, certainly would not buy anything off these guys again.. be warned...you are going to be ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a250 anniversary sweatshirt. It is flimsy, thin material. You cannot get a hold of customer service for a refund. Horrible quality and customer service. What a scam!!

I agree with all points made in the review summary about the products, delivery delays, problems dealing with customer service etc. HOWEVER, when I wrote Customer service they discouraged me stating the return to CHINA is expensive (at least $US20) and might be problematic. Their solution? Keep the goods and we'll refund 20% of your cost.
Not good enough, I wrote again and asked for 100%. Same story back this time saying the package must have a tracking number and if they didn't receive it they would lose money. Their solution? keep goods and we'll return 40% of your costs. SO I wrote a third time and in their next reply they said keep the goods and we'll return 70% of your costs. The cost or returning the package from Canada with a tracking number was $70-80 so I made a decision to accept the 70%. However....they still have 30% of my money and have 2 dresses tha i can't even use as dusters as they are course and cheap polyester

Bought in good faith from US. $52.32 cost of goods. 20 Sept '25 ordered. Received 18 Oct. Astonishingly BAD quality. Utterly misrepresented from online ad. Breathtakingly poor. Do not buy from this company.
