Great service and great help

Great service and great help. Both Laura May and James Lee deserve a raise! We have traveled all of the world and have a handful of credit award cards but never could navigate how to best use all. You guys secured our travel plans to and from Europe and with the savings scores us a trip add on to Paris .

Concierge booking is worth it!

I used them for a Concierge booking. I watch TikToks all the time regarding points earning and strategizing but was concerned I would make a mistake in booking a once in a lifetime trip to Asia. James was my rep and he was amazing. I had so many questions and requests I was surprised he didn't get sick of me. LOL. I even saw something on TikTok that made me wonder if his option to purchase through one of my credit card programs was wise but he explained something that made me know I made the right choice. They have insight on when things release that I just didnt have and apparently neither did my TikToker that I follow. It worked out just as he had told me and I saved points because of his way of booking. I'll stick to racking up the points and letting them book things for me. Totally worth it. I going to Asia business class for a fraction of what I would have paid in points and cash. So happy I did this. I even booked another flight a day later with another concierge deal for my daughter.

flights that would cost 31K miles are listed between 100K and 275K miles. Absolutely no consumer friendly and aimed at you wasting your hard earned miles.

A stone cold scam -- avoid POINT.ME at all cost!

point.me services are a stone cold scam! Avoid them at all costs unless you want to spend time and money rectifying their misrepresentations. Their so-called expert booking service takes fees for services they fail to perform. I have contacted my credit card company to charge back the scammer's fees.

Great experience

Erik and Matthew were both really helpful and knowledgeable, they both gave very personalized experience, they even answered texts/calls late night and made sure I got a great deal.

Shelby Little was excellent. She made sure everything was handled in a timely fashion to insure we got optimal bookings, even after normal business hours. I was skeptical about getting good business class bookings with the limited amount of points we had, but you made it possible. Thank you!

Danny was so easy to work with

Danny was so easy to work with, but I have had wonderful luck with every Concierge person I have used through many many years. Using this service is the only way we travel to Europe.

Use the service! Save yourself money and time!

Cannot believe how simple this process was. John was great - and quickly tweaked the original proposal to a new plan when we had a few conflicts with the first proposal. I was absolutely SHOCKED that my mileage run needs were solved so quickly... and saved me SOOOOO much time, money, and headaches versus what I would have spent trying to figure this out on my own. Well worth the fee! Thank you so much!

Point.me Points Strategy Consult WOW!

This is a review of the $200 Points Strategy Consultation (also included as a perk in the "Premium" annual membership). Very much worth it! Totally prepared rep, very organized, very clear, excellent use of the time. Responded to all questions with clarity and respect. You book a 30 min consultation with a VERY knowledgeable staff member after filling out a detailed form with all your current credit cards, airline mileage clubs and current miles balances, plus your general spending categories and rough monthly amounts charged. Rep studies this ahead of the Zoom call and mine was totally prepared. They also send you a recording of the consult for your later review AND an email with notes of the call, complete with links to the cards discussed. WOW!

My 1st time using this site

My 1st time using this site I was able to book my 1st European trip ever on business class, finding some of the best points values I have ever seen or even heard of from all the vloggers and travel sites!

While all sites have new features and updates they could do, including this one, it is the best points site I have found yet.

Amazing swift and efficient service

Amazing swift and efficient service. The service is well worth the $200 fee. It is very nice to accumulate points, but the airline companies do not make it easy necessarily for us to use the points or for us to know how to combine the points in order to pay for a specific expensive trip in business class. At Point.me the “point travel agents” deal with client’spoints all day long and all year long, therefore they know how to use them efficiently and how to combine your points from different airline companies and credit card entities in order to give you the least expensive plane ticket you can get, moreover they do that quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend them.
