Seems like everyone's saying this, but please don't buy from PokeJapan now.

Ordered over $200 worth of products in November and December, order didn't arrive until now and all I got was an email in December giving some lame excuse about 'shipping at the end of the month'.

Now their website is completely down and I am going to call my bank to get refunds. Don't think it's a scam cos I've received products from them before but the customer service is nonexistent and their handling of customer demand is grossly irresponsible

I ordered around 400 dollars worth of cards on 8 December 2022, and never received a shipping confirmation. I emailed on the 17th, they said it would "ship by the end of the month" and some excuse about lack of employees. I received no shipping confirmation or further correspondence by last week when I emailed on the 4th, so I got my credit card company to issue me a refund, and they will go after Poke Japan. This is a scam company, despite having a nice-looking website before they locked it and left some b.s. message about a "medical emergency" being the reason they can't fulfill orders. Yeah right, they are just trying to fleece people

They have shutdown their website as of today. I'm in the same boat as the rest of the commenters on here. I ordered on Nov 7th $350 worth of products for Christmas. I received the same story it's coming and then they stopped responding to my emails. I have filed a complaint with my CC AMEX and will get my money back but it's disappointing. So yes stay away from this company.

Order is still not shipped, minimal communcation from PokeJapan and now they've locked their website behind a password.

I've begun the charge back process with my bank, a real shame as I've used them before with no issue.

How come ytbers like unlistedleaf and pokerev use them??

I order from Japan based companies all the time but PokeJapan has completely failed me. I put in my first order with PokeJapan on December 7th 2022. Per their confirmation email it should have shipped Dec 14th, it never did. I began emailing them and using their chat feature on their website on December 28th requesting to cancel the order. It is now January 8th and still no response. They have now shut down their website stating "health issues." I have submit a case with my Credit Card company explaining the issue and hopefully they will get my money back.

If this website/company ever comes back online I highly recommend you stay away from PokeJapan. There are reliable Japan based stores, PokeJapan is NOT one of them.

For perspective, I ordered from 2 other Japan based stores on Dec 7th and those orders were delivered on Dec 19th & Dec 21st.

They are now pretending "health issues" to explain why they don't ship the orders (at first they said that they didn't have enough people to work). I filed a complain to Visa and my bank so that I can expect my money back and the company will be reported so international fraud services.

My order hasn’t gotten to me yet it’s been two weeks I don’t get any emails in regards to my order they don’t email me back

Ordered $200+ products on December 10th with $28 expedited 3-7 day shipping, hoping to get these before Christmas (or at least before the end of December). Emailed over a week later to be told they were backed up, but assured me it would be shipped out in December. It's January 5th. Not shipped yet. I've emailed them an additional three times since the 29th of December with no response.

So far they won't ship the product or refund the money. I'm not sure what to do, because they won't respond. After reading the other reviews here I'm pretty sure I've been scammed.

This website is a scam. They will take your money and never ship.

I purchased a Vstar universe box fir my son 3 weeks ago for Christmas time and any new of my product or reply e-mail. I think they cheat at me.
How can I get my money back? I paid with visa.

This company is a huge scam. I bought 1 single box of Vstar universe from them pre-order. I figured 1 week for everyone who pre-orders should be the max time to wait as this is a really good set. ON their site before hand (and in the email for confirmation of the order being received, they said at MOST 2 weeks of delay. Pushing it to around the 19th of December to be shipped out as the set came out on December 5th.

It's now the 4th of JANUARY 2023. Almost a full month of it being out, and people I know who bought from other spots have gotten theirs weeks ago. My case isn't exactly isolated either going by the reviews.

When I check their website it is LOCKED via password with a message saying "We apologize to all our customers for delays due to a medical and health issue. The Poké Japan family will be responding to all your emails and concerns as soon as possible." Which I am going to assume means nothing is being shipped out at all. Thanks for the money suckers!!"

0/10 do not recommend them at all. Avoid them and go to Ebay.

Ordered Paradigm Trigger and Vstar Universe worth 1200USD. Items where never sent, and they stopped answering e-mails.
Filed a claim with Mastercard, hopefully getting money back...

Absolutely terrible company, placed an order, chased once it had not been dispatched within the given timeframe, told it would ship that month, chased again when it didn't ship and was told it would now ship in this month, requested a refund and they then stopped responding - raised a case with bank to try to get money back. SCAMMERS!!!

They have been completely unresponsive now after continuously pushing ship date back again and again on product that they had the audacity to run a sale on when they haven't even fulfilled an order from over a month ago. DO NOT go through them.

I ordered December 14 and paid for fast delivery and even paid insurance and it was a big order, they said they are behind in shipping but I will definitely ask for a refund. Do not order from this company. It is a fraude. They keep your money but do not send you the items.
If they are a small company they should stop selling until they hire more people to be able to fulfill the orders.

What a disappointment. As a lot of people my order was said to be shipped within 2 weeks, which is already very long considering the price of the product and the shipping. I emailed them since it wasn’t done and they then talked promised a shipment by the end of December. It’s December 29th and I don’t have any hope for it to be done. Please NEVER buy from that company so that they shut down this company that shouldn’t be a thing anymore

Ordered the Vstar Universe box on 5 December and orders is still no ship as of today, 28 December. Website even promises shipment within 1 to 2 weeks if order were made before 6 December but there has been no update on shipment until now. Emailed them multiple times and there hasn't been any response. Highly recommend not to order from them as they are unable to fulfil orders. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered on in mid November for a Vstar Universe box. It's been over a month with no update on when my item will ship. I emailed them and there hasn't been any response. On top of that, there running a sale on the item even though they have unfulfilled orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

i ordered a vmax universe booster box on the 13th of december and i have still not received it, it hasn’t even been shipped yet and when i ask costumer support about it i get ignored i get no answer back i will never ever shop with pokejapan again such a bad company
