Packaging, ordering and legitimacy was great. But I live in the U.S so my shipping came out to a higher price. Also the store has a great selection to choose from unlike at your local target or Walmar... Voir plus

Extremely good customer service
Extremely good customer service! I had many questions and i asked them through facebook messenger and got a reply back within hours every single time! And everything was sent out and arrived on the days that i was told by them! AND THEY HAD PREORDERS FOR UPC’s? Amazing! I wish i knew about this company sooner! coming back to buy stuff/look at whats new for sure!

Just received my order today - thought and care was provided when packing this up to ship - even though it was letter mail (1x first partner pack - no need for a box - to be honest)
Item arrived in pristine condition, product was exactly as shown - even pulled my first Secret Rare from one of the included Sun & Moon Base booster packs!!
I did have questions as to the time frame it had taken (letter mail) and PokeZone responded promptly to my questions.
Very satisfied with this transaction, seller, store. will be purchasing from PokeZone again, next time hopefully I will buy enough that will constitute a box - lol
