Excellent Garden Centre
A great garden centre and more. Love the different units, Klass, the farm shop, Pavers, Cotton Traders, the butchers and the seafood stall as well as the actual garden centre. Lots of choice and plenty to look at whilst stopping off for a meal in the restaurant or a coffee in the coffee bar or perhaps a nice ice cream. Great place!

We can usually buy what we came for, as well as items we had not intended to purchase!!
Parking is accessible and usually available.
Prices are reasonable.

Polhill is a great garden centre with knowledgeable, helpful staff and the plant range and quality is generally very good. The only thing that I believe needs reviewing is their dog policy. I appreciate that there are food shops within Polhill but I’m sure that most dog owners are intelligent enough to realise they cannot access those areas.

Friendly staff Superb Stock
Friendly staff. Always well stocked for garden needs.
However fresh food on sale vv expensive tho and not competitive sadly. However the eggs are superb and cooked beetroot.
Lovely to get a free coffee much appreciated. Car wash fantastic. Thku Polhill

Excellent dining experience at…
I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant at lunch time, ordered using the app which included a free cup of coffee. This was delivered promptly by a very pleasant staff member. I bought a garden tool and some delicious Kent cherries

Must visit
I recently visited Pollhill and had a lovely lunch there. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly and the food was pretty good too! Farm shop had a variety of everything, you couldn't ask for more. All in all a brilliant place that deserves a visit.

Love this place
Love this place. Food in Novells is excellent, great range of plants, seeds, lovely food in the farm shop I love that you can sample food at the weekend. I’m enjoying the new loyalty scheme too. I take my kids to the events which they enjoy every time I’d love to see more events
