Staff are always helpful
Staff are always helpful, and happy to assist . The staff in the restaurant are especially lovely and go out of their way to ensure the place stays clean. Polhill Garden Centre is ‘my happy place’ 😊

We are regular visitors to Polhill and our experiences are always very much enjoyed. From friendly receptions on entry to enjoyable lunches in Novello's there's always friendly staff on hand if we have any queries. First class garden centre!

Great garden centre
Great garden centre, well stocked with everything you could want. It also has a food shop, clothing department, household department in fact everything you could want including a restaurant and coffee shop. Definitely our go to garden centre, well done Polhill!

Everything under one roof
Always plenty of parking, staff helpful and polite. Always a great selection of plants and as a bit of a novice staff always on hand to advise, the visit always finished off in the restaurant, worth the drive from Dartford every time.

We enjoyed a nice lunch and took advantage of the free drinks offer!
We bought a climbing rose. Had to cut away two suckers and noticed the top leaves were a bit mildewy. I don’t use any chemicals in the garden but I might spray with a little washing-up liquid! Hopefully all will be well.
