Polished and Poised LTD Avis 

I didn’t really know what to expect. I have travelled far and wide and have had so many different types of massage. Today I booked a lymphatic drainage and body contouring with wood therapy. It was relaxing (yes wood therapy here was relaxing) and I saw progress after just one session

I had six sessions of body contouring with Harmony. Of course, I expected to see improvements, but I honestly wasn’t expecting such impressive results. I was completely blown away, and so were my friends and family. Everyone I’ve shown my results to has had their jaws on the floor and has asked me for Harmony’s details.

I’ll be honest, I was a little reluctant at first because it is quite expensive. However, Harmony assured me that I would see results I am looking for, and I trusted her as I’ve been going to her for other services for a number of years. I am so glad I made this investment because I am so happy with my results. It has also encouraged me to be more disciplined and work harder in the gym and with my lifestyle, as I’d like to improve my already amazing results even further.

The way I see it, it’s giving lipo results without the lipo price tag – and without having to put myself at risk by going under the knife – which sounds like a win to me!

The best part is that my results are permanent, although I do plan on having top-up sessions every six months or so.

I went to see Harmony for Lymphatic Drainage massage on my first visit. The space is so cosy and combined with Harmony’s energy my body felt instantly at home and relaxed! The treatment was fantastic and I bought the Lady Lotus oil, which feels and smells great!
On my second visit I had the body contouring on my buttocks and stomach, the results are amazing! Especially on my stomach which has changed after having 4 children. I am returning again to continue the treatment on my stomach!

Just finished my final fifth facial contouring session from Harmony at Polished and Poised.
It was spectacular! My face looks completely snatched, no baby fat no more girls ! I couldn’t be happier and will be returning for a touch up session every two months. Had the greatest facial ever yesterday!!! It was my first facial ever and i had the best experience from the minute I walked in I felt so relaxed as I was talked through every single treatment that I was about to undergo I was also told if it was going to hurt or not which all of them didn't! Harmony created such a beautiful positive atmosphere where we were laughing non stop from the get go! All the products used were of a high quality and I have never felt so confident in my own skin! One thing in particular which I liked the most was that on arrival I asked what my main concerns were and what treatments were going to be used to tackle those issues and how effective they would be. At the end of my session I was given aftercare instructions and I was told how to look after my skin moving forward. I booked with Harmony for a session of 5 on the body contour package for my back! I have been struggling to get rid of stubborn fat on my back, even now while hitting the gym and doing upper body workouts.
