Frances was so helpful and extremely kind, she was just as excited as I was for my trip! Worked very efficiently and answered all of my questions and helped me get a better deal!

We normally deal in person at Llandudno branch with the lovely staff there. On this occasion we responded to a Facebook post and dealt with Amy in the call centre. Amy found our holiday and dealt with our booking very efficiently when she called us back.

Fantastic service yet again at the Longton branc of Polkadot travel . Erin was great at sorting our holiday and nothing was too much trouble .In fact all the staff there are fantastic all willing to help and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Honestly I don’t tend to write reviews but I had to write 1 for my experience just. Jess at my local branch in Shrewsbury has been an absolute star in helping my and my fiancé book our honeymoon. She’s been so clear with communications, provided her own experiences with the hotels we have been interested with and helped with additional information such as the rooms and transfers. Couldn’t knock the experience and would definitely go thought her to book other trips
