DON'T BUY FROM POLLYJOY, YOU CAN'T RETURN ITEMS. Bought a pair of Pro 6 wireless earbuds from PollyJoy through WOWCHER. Ordered purple but received white so contacted PollyJoy informing them and they offered a £4 refund, which I accepted. After using them for about 4 weeks have found the battery life is rubbish, only lasts about 5 days and I only use them for about an hour and a half a day, and that they keep disconnecting for no reason (even when there's plenty of battery life). Emailed them again to inform them only for them to offer another £4 refund, which I again accepted, but trying to get the second refund has been a nightmare. Had to threaten further action before I received it

This company needs closed down, I bought a fleece jacket from wowcher for an xmas gift, it did not arrive, I was put through to pollyjoy customer service, they said they would resend the parcel, 8 weeks on and still not here. I strongly advise you not to use this company.

we bought a 3d pillow from them. Disgusted with what we received. Photo shows a huge pillow with a lady sleeping on it, what we received was a tiny cushion similar to the neck type you get for travelling. We purchased them from Wowcher who have washed their hands of us, no help at all. I have emailed but nothing. I am trying to find their trading address but coming up blank. I am going to try to take this too Trading Standards but I think I need to find out the area they trade in.
Looks like any products from this company are iffy at best (just my opinion).

I like the honesty and allowance to let it all out. I was just about to buy the windproof warm jacket but thankfully, I paused and came across this review page. Thanks for the heads up guys. {~_~}

The waterproof, wind proof jacket I ordered via Discount Experts was on the small side, but the bigger problem was the overall quality. The stitching has come apart down the seam. I messaged customer services and received the same response to both of my messages, word for word and clearly an automated response. No refund, no replacement, no cares as they already have your money.

I agree with the other reviews. Ordered XL gents woolen overcoat, waited ages for it to arrive and when it did it was very poor quality and did not come anywhere near fitting my husband.

The jacket was very very badly stitched there were loose threads everywhere hanging from seams etc, part of the hem was sewn up into the main body at the back, the material was very very thin and it was a complete and utter waste of money. I didn't send it back I just binned it because I didn't want to lose any more money on returning it

I had exactly the same experience and exactly the same response, clearly they have a template to respond to this type of issue.
I have requested a replacement and provided correct size in cm

What a disaster this company is.. brought jacket via gogroupie and asked for size XL. Jacket arrived(eventually) and was marked XXXL! Could not even zip it up.. probably would have fitted 10 year old lad. Got no response and eventually a badly worded email tellling me that it was not S or M or L but was in cms? Avoid like the plague. Beware.
