Polsatboxgo for Poles outside EU is not interested in having them as customers
Polsatboxgo is an online Polish streaming platform. It has a program for Poles living outside EU called Polonia. For at least two weeks I cannot buy this program, because the system comes to the point of choosing payment method and hangs despite having my two credit cards accepted. I have tried it on Safari and Chrome on all my different Macs and iPhones, but on Windows it is even worse, because there I can't even log in to my account. As I checked recently on Macs the same happens even if I remove cards. When I choose a program and want to pay, system is supposed to open a window where I can use a new card, but it hangs in exactly same place as before. On top of that the customer service ignores me entirely. Not only the problem isn't solved, but they even did not bother to contact me despite receiving two mails in the subject (I have written confirmation of the reception).
So generally, crap. This service was never too brilliant, being IPLA before, but what happens now is plainly miserable.
Polsatboxgo w wersji dla polonusów przestał działać. Nie da się kupić pakietu Polonia, bo system zawiesza się w okienku wyboru płatności, niezależnie od tego, czy w koncie są karty płatnicze zadeklarowanie czy nie. A na dodatek obsługa klienta Polsatboxgo ma klienta tam, gdzie publicznie nie wypada się wyrażać. Wysłałem dwa maile, mam potwierdzenie, że dotarły, ale ani problem nie został rozwiązany, ani też nikt nawet się nie wysilił, żeby nawet powiedzieć "wie pan co, mamy was, Polonusów gdzieś". Tak, że jeżeli komuś czytającemu tą opinię marzy się oglądanie polskich filmów lub seriali, to szukajcie gdzieś indziej, bo Polsat Was nie uszanuje.
