Bought Polycote after reading the online reviews and being impressed. After order I got an email expressing my chosen order was out of stock and would I like to to change my colour or wait 2 weeks, no bother I’ll wait. But I ended up then changing to a new colour a few days later after painting my wall a little dark and it was absolutely no bother to change my order again. Etch arrived next day and did exactly what it says on the tin. Will be using Polycote for my next flooring project. Brilliant.

(with a discount 👍) floor paint arrived as promised, well packaged, with instructions/data sheets (useful).
Applied as directed great finish. Pleased with the look now need to test the floors durability ......see you in 3 years!!!

Needed a Plastic Curtain to cover a doorway, internal to external, made an enquiry online, spoke to an advisor, who then sent over a quote which was perfect.

I bought easi self levelling screed and Flortex SG. I'd never used these products before and therefore needed alot of technical advice. The Polycote technical team were always super helpful, sharing their expertise with lots if useful tips. The products are also good quality!

Amazing service and assistance
I have a problem with a single brick wall on concrete seeping water. I phoned Polycote and spoke to one of there technical personnel and explained my problem he recommended two products for myself and I decided to go with the stone guard as I wanted a transparent finish.
Not used it yet as waiting for my builder to do some repointing but will leave a further review when used.

Used Polycote products on numerous occasions now. Cretex EP is our go to product for floor repairs in the factory. Believe me this stuff is hard wearing and tough as old boots when it sets. We have a lot of traffic that goes over the Cretex EP repairs and it stands up to anything we have thrown at it. I have spoken to the team at Polycote on a few occasion about different projects that we have undertaken and they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Polycote and their products.

Avoid this company!!!!
They recommended and I purchased Aquadec to seal my boat deck. Contrary to their printed assurance that the base layer can be applied with a roller, there is no way to get the required thickness on. It took me 2 days and 8 coats to build up the 0.6 mm that they claim can be applied in 2 coats.
The second layer of the product I used a cement float to apply because, again, a roller won't apply it.
The third layer has to be spread very thin to make it cover.
The product literature states it as being suitable to cover various materials, but doesn't include wooden planks among these. George Mcmillan at Polycote assured me that the literature was out of date, and that it was suitable for applying to wooden planks. I leaned on the first coat with my hand after it had been drying for an hour, and the coating stuck to my hand, peeling off the wood. Not an adequate bond there.
I spoke to George numerous times during the application and was assured that no-one else has ever mentioned difficulty, and that I could return whatever I didn't use.
I didn't cover as much of the deck as I was going to, and sent back the unused items with their full agreement. What they failed to mention was the 35% restocking charge to be applied on any returned items.
Immoral, sharp practice, but legal because it's in their terms & conditions. This despite the pruduct being not fit for purpose.
