Chennai Airport to Pondicherry - Return Trip
We contacted Pondicherry Cars through their website, response was instant and arrangements were made immediately by email. 20% deposit was easily advanced using online banking and the remaining money was given in 2 payments: 1 to each of the drivers at the end of each journey. Communication thereafter was hastle free on WhatsAap. We were contacted before each journey with details of the driver, car make/model and registration number. Drivers were ontime, professional, helpful and friendly. Cars were clean, comfortable and had AC. The journeys were relaxed and enjoyable and we were able to stop for a break and have something to eat and drink if we wanted - nothing was too much trouble for them. We're extremely happy customers and would highly recommend Pondicherry Car - An All-Round-First-Class Service!

Very good and efficient service
Very good and efficient service. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, the driver was knowledgable and well behaved. The cost was very reasonable compared to others I had checked-out. Overall a satisfying experience.

Very good experience
Very good experience ; booked a return ride between Chennai airport MAA and Pondicherry from the website by email. Conviniently used WhatsApp to communicate. Drivers were spot on: on time, respectful, waiting for me with a sign at the airport / (un)loading my luggage at my Hotel, driving gently and carefully and finally being accommodant with the way I choosed (sea side). Already recommended to friends.
