I ordered products on 4th April now the…
I ordered products on 4th April now the 21st of April and still haven’t received any notification or a delivery.
I have tried to phone the company but I received a disconnected tone, I tried Emails but kept getting the Email back stating that there is no such Email address.
I have ordered with numerous companies before and never once have I had any problems.
I am really sorry but I certainly won’t be ordering or recommending this company.

My order has not arrived and my emails are not being responded to. I ordered in mid November and still no sign of my order in mid December. No communication. Really disappointed. Tracking information does not register.

Nothing in the small parcel 1kg says post by the end of 23:8:2024 just opened it to be nothing in it think it was sample sizes as no got an email to do way this parcel anywhere which found strange...Anyway thata all have to say no very happy no be buying again..x

I’m an avid buyer of wax melts
I’m an avid buyer of wax melts. All promising strong smells etc. I bought a batch of these and can I actually say even opening the container there wasn’t much of a fragrance. I got about 6 different ones. Very disappointed. I have bought wax melts from Asda. Believe me they are strong for the fraction of the price. Sorry but if your going to say strong smell then let it be strong. I’ve tried these. So that’s it. In the look out for something stronger.
