Treatment of staff poor, underpaid

Still stealing from its drivers. Two more taken on at DPD Roche (St Austell) left because they didn't get paid. Dangerous vans on the road and making profits from stealing drivers wages. Threats and lies. Avoid at all costs

Thieves!! Stay well away from this company! They deliver as DPD and John who's the Director from London is nothing short of a thief. He has his driver's working from first thing in the morning until late at night. His own people who he uses as self employed so he can scam them and when they leave not pay them hundreds sometimes thousands of pounds whilst he lines his own pockets. DPD at St Austell are well aware of his antics and theft against workers yet they allow this fraudulent man and company to keep working on their behalf. A complaint will be following to DPD and I will post updates until he pays the wages that are owed. Disgusting! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Very fast service, kept there promises in timings.

They changed the cost for a transport to 80% higher as first agreed and paid,as I did not agreed they cancelled the order an promised to refund. Original payment made via PayPal, they did not want to refund via Paypal and asked for my IBAN....in the end they after two months never returned the amount paid. I do not recommend this company.
On June 4, 2024 they wrote that they never had me as a customer, I can state the payment and also a payment made for another transport previously....strongly I do not recommend this company !!!!!!!!!!

Отправлял посылку в начале января 2021. Сообщили, что документы прибыли за рубеж. Я связался с организацией-получателем документов и мне было сказано, что документов они не получали. Связался со службой поддержки. Через несколько дней мне перезвонили и сказали, что сами не знают, где конкретно находится моя посылка. Не рекомендую эту службу. Отношение безответсвенное в моем случае. Важные документы потеряны. Жду развития ситуации

заказ 712101794670 курьер . Ждал заказ целый день (у меня экспресс-доставка) . Ушел в душ перезвонил курьеру ровно через 10 минут . Он отказался доставлять посылку сегодня и мягко меня послал ужасный сервис никому не советую просто потеря времени и испорченное настроение. Завтра опять ждать целый день дома потому что курьер не удосужился назвать время доставки .

Не честная компания. Обманщики. Если вы не хотите потерять свои деньги и вещи не обращайтесь к ним. Нет ответственности, только обман. Мой заказ HUT1866GB01039029301 был оплачен 15 мая и сейчас 26 июня я его не получила. И даже не известно получу ли вообще. Не рекомендую. Поберегите свои деньги и нервы, и не покупайте товары в тех магазинах где доставка осуществляется через этих мошенников. Я ИЗНОЧАЛЬНО ПОСТАВИЛА ОДНУ ЗВЕЗДУ, А СЕЙЧАС ЗАМЕНИЛА НА ТРИ, Т. К. ПОСЛЕДУЮЩИЕ МОИ ПОСЫЛКИ ЧЕРЕЗ ЭТУ КОМПАНИЮ ПРИХОДИЛИ ВОВРЕМЯ.
