I ordered a t-shirt that has Jessie from team rocket on it. The shirt was supposed to be 31 inches in length but came close to 26 inches instead. It looked like a crop top on me. Mind you I’m 6’0 and 230lbs lean build. When I contacted their customer support through email, it took them 2 weeks to respond and they first asked for a picture of the issue, so I sent them a photo showing the length was wrong and a screen shot of the dimensions they posted for that shirt. It took 2 weeks for another response and they asked for a picture of the tag on the shirt. Then it took another 2 weeks for a response of them stating to keep the shirt and they will refund me $5 (I declined). Two weeks later I was offered $6 then two weeks later I was offered $7 and to keep the shirt. I kept declining and then they told me to send it back but I would be responsible for paying the shipping and the fee for it to go through customs but their website clearly states that if there is an issue with the product due to the companys production, they would cover the fees to ship it back. I finally got tired of this back and forth every 2 weeks and opened a dispute with my bank and won the dispute.

Great customer service, ordered the wrong size gave me a good solution. Quality is also really good, and got lots of compliments of my new clothing.

Besides the great subject graphics, the t-shirts are very high quality, true to size, and look great after several months of wearing and washing so far. I will be ordering more with confidence.

I ordered t-shirts on a whim as i loved the designs, normally I'm really diligent about checking for scams, so when I went in afterwards and could find nothing anywhere about this company I wrote off the money and expected nothing.

I emailed them anyway to enquire re shipping times and they replied same day and sent an email that thanked me for trusting them.

Three weeks later and the t-shirts are on my doorstop.

The T-shirt fabric is outstanding, great quality. I chose black, the decals are positioned perfectly and seem to be of good quality (of course I haven't washed them yet - they literally arrived today)

I'm giving a four as I think one of the decals would be better off just on light colours, its not quite as vibrant as I would like.
