The company got in touch with me after this review. I got sent a new set of bottles very quickly and also they took the costs for import taxes! Obv the mishandling at the customs office isn’t their bad either. After the first frustration, they were really communicative and helpful with this!

Love the look of the bidon. But: took weeks to arrive and had to pay extra 10 quid (adding up to regular shipment cost) for customs. Only to find out the lids of the bidons aren’t dishwasher resistant as they’re completely deformed and not usable. So all in all I paid 20quid for shipment only to throw it in the trash..

Although we ship all orders on time sometimes there can be delays with the shipping carrier or a hold up at customs which is unfortunately out of our control.
Regarding import charges - it is stated on our website that import costs are not included & the customer must take responsibility for this.

Wish there were sizes
Item arrived in a soft bubble wrap envelope. Actual item is as seen on website. Have not tried it but aesthetically one if it’s kind. Size wise, wish it has a bigger option. Overall happy with the purchase.
