The popper is cute and functional, the packaging was exceptional BUT...This thing gets hotter than hot lava from MT Kilauea! No mention of this or a vent hole that shoots scalding hot oil out during the popping process. Children should NEVER use this! I have to wear 2 of my "Ove' Gloves" when using this contraption. The popcorn is good but I can make the same stuff in my whirly pop for 1/3 the price and not get third degree burns.
Developed a problem with popper. Contacted the company and no questions asked a new one was shipped within 2 days. That's service not to mention the best popcorn I have ever made. The popper and coconut oil are the keys!!
Complete garbage! Got it for Father’s Day from my college aged kids who spent their own money and it popped one (1) bowl of popcorn! Pulled it out last night (6/28) so it is 11days out of the box and it doesn’t spin, doesn’t pop a single kernel and as I transfer the contents to the old Whirlleypop two washers fall out of the Pop Smith! Purchased through Williams Sonoma so hoping to get the kids money back. Stay away from this complete GARBAGE!
