Exceptional Service from Javid
I took delivery of my Cayman today and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. The entire experience was faultless- from walking into the dealership, being greeted by name at reception, to driving off the showroom floor. Javid, thank you for making my Porsche buying experience 5 star. You might be a 5 hour drive from home, but I will certainly be back for my next one.

Customer service that excels at Porsche Teesside
The level of customer service continues to excel with Porsche Teesside. My initial experience of this brand started 3 years ago when purchasing my first car from then. Every interaction since has never failed to impress. The latest of which was the fantastic supported by Javid who arranged a 2 day loan of my next potential purchase / model change. This included co-ordination with service work on my existing car and selecting the best available option to maximise my test drive experience. The hard part now will be to convince me to part with my Cayman.

A friend referred me to PC Teesside
A friend referred me to PC Teesside as they had a great relationship with them. I dealt with Javid Rehman one of the sale team and can only say he was excellent and went above and beyond to give me full details of a car I was interested in. Efficient and prompt. Sadly we didn't do the deal but I hope we can do some business in the future.

Collected our Macan T Thursday morning - what a lovely experience. Javid Rehman has looked after us since the beginning of the process and honestly can’t recommend him enough. The customer service is second to none and we were always made to feel really welcome each time we attended the garage. A follow up call has already been made by Javid making sure we were ok.

Fabulous knowledgeable service, Great experience
I recently had the privilege of buying a new vehicle from Porsche Teeside. The experience from beginning to end was superb - exactly how you would want to be treated and made to feel special about your new purchase.
The staff were superbly attentive and helpful without being pushy in any way. Particular thanks go out to Steven Teasdale who helped my with the purchase from the beginning til after collection, and going the extra mile/responding to queries out of hours, to accommodate my requirements.
Overall I couldnt have hoped for a more professional, friendly, enthusiastic and enjoyable team from Porsche - I would use Teesside again without hesitation.

Superb experience.
Superb experience.. I called in to the Teesside Porsche showroom to talk about ordering a new car. Javid was available and was able to help with my questions about lead times and the ordering process. I didn't feel under pressure and was able to consider my options in my own time. I have now placed the order and although its a long wait I am looking forward to my new car!
