Update: A couple days after placing this review I did finally receive two shirts. They are 100% not as advertised. The color and material as well as the actual style is not the same as advertised. A huge disappointment.

I wish I could give zero stars!! This is obviously a fraud company. I ordered two linen shirts from them. ( I saw similar items on both TikTok and Facebook) My order was placed third week of March. I immediately got a confirmation and a few days later tracking information. The tracking had package coming from Italy and made it out of customs and in Delaware, where the information stopped. A month in to waiting I contacted customer service which advised me of new tracking information. Suddenly I had a package coming out of China. It tracked to the US and through customs, but now the tracking number is not valid. I have demanded a full refund but I obviously will not receive it. I am out $47. Buyer beware… this company is nothing but a FRAUD!!!

I ordered a Smart Cocktail Maker Coaster from this company on 18th Dec 2025. The item has failed to be delivered despite many emails from me to them all I get is platitudes. The item last had tracking activity on 13 Jan, nothing since. They said they would send a replacement but I haven't received any despatch or tracking details.
I certainly won't recommend this company to anyone and am disappointed I can't give them zero stars, not happy at all

Scam site that does a decent job presenting as legit. Ordered an ornament September 2025. Was charged a different amount so immediately requested a cancellation. Was told I would receive a credit for the overcharge. For a short while received periodic (fake) shipping updates. Nothing had ever been received and my credit card reversed the charge. Absolute fraud.

If you want to order an ornament from this company, order it in February. I placed an order for an ornament on November 6. It only just showed arriving in SPAIN today. I live in the US. It has been a full month and it hasn't even made it to the origin country yet. It will not be on my tree this year. Hopefully the Dodgers win another World Series next year so the ornament is relevant.

Please please please do not use this website. They are terrible. Paid a small fortune for a Christmas bauble I thought my sister-in-law would love. First one didn’t arrive. Complained. Second one arrived but is SO poorly made. I wouldn’t pay £1 for what I received. I complained. First email they ignored. Second email they offered me $2 compensation or I pay more to return it to China. I said I was insulted so they have now offered me $4 compensation. What a rip-off. Please don’t get caught out like I did.

I ordered a Walking Dead advent calendar for my granddaughter which was quite expensive $38.50 I opened the package to give to her on the 30th , only to find a San Diego Padres one, baseball apparently, I contacted support and they offered me a $4 refund, I objected and said that it was useless to me as we don't play baseball in the UK. They have since offered me $10 which I have also refused, I have sent numerous emails to them and I don't think I have dealt with a worse company in my life. Customer support is none existent and I would advise anyone to avoid them like the plague.

Absolute rip off, item was very cheap nothing like described. found out later could have bought the exact same product for £6. They charged £36. They also make it very difficult to return the item. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Absolute sham and fake company. Item arrived 2 months late, was broken and would not refund, was advised shipping costs back to China would be expensive and was offered a measly 7 dollars in compensation. When item cost £26 sterling. Keep clear and order nothing as they do not comply with Consumer Rights

Fake company!! I ordered an item, it never arrived. When I logged a complaint with PayPal, they suddenly replied and said another was on its way. Item arrived and seriously could have been made by a 2yr old. Totally conned and they will not reply to any correspondence . They only replied when PayPal got involved avoid mo delivery, and to get round this, they sent a plastic bauble

Do not buy from this company.
Item did not look like the image and item arrived faulty. I was then told for a full refund I would have to foot the costs to send it back to China! They then tried to fob me off with a few dollars as compensation. The customer service is terrible, emails not wrotten correctly, and the website looks like it doesn't even work properly. I was fed this advert through Insta so be careful where you order! Lesson learned!

Why can’t there be a zero star option?
This is a SCAM, pure and simple.
I waited and waited for a ‘The Walking Dead’ advent calendar.
When I received nothing, I started to contact the company who, then, sent me what can only be described as a cheap piece of tat that had no resemblance to my order.
This company is a disgrace & I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT USE THEM.
I wish I’d read the company’s reviews first.
That’s a lesson learned 😢

Appalling scam company. Took my order beginning august and have been sending me fake customs updates ever since. Reported to PayPal.
