We just had our master closets (both his and hers) completed by Portland Closets and we could not be more pleased! I had been wanting custom closets since I moved into the house and we finally decided this year to make it happen. I knew that it would be an expensive project and going into it I wanted to make sure that I picked the "right" company so that I would have no regrets after spending the $$$. We had three (or four) different companies come out to provide us with a design and quote. The last person to come out was Rose from Portland Closets, and she was great!
In addition to the great support from the designer, the install team was great. They showed up exactly when expected, they were polite and respectful, they completed everything exactly as expected and cleaned everything up before they left. The install took around 6ish hours, but that was to be expected.
The materials are top quality, everything looks absolutely perfect and so far so good!
