Ordered many paintings from Kate and she is great to work with. She is always very informative and makes sure you are happy with the finished product before it’s sent out. I am honestly amazed by Kate’s work. Besides completely nailing my painting despite only providing her with rather not ideal pictures of what I wanted, her service and help throughout the entire process have been stellar. She keeps you informed through every step, replies within a few hours and provides detailed documentation even for the custom process. And as mentioned, the end result is just perfection. I am usually not easy to impress but this was such a worthy investment.

When Kate and I first discussed the possibility of commissioning a painting, my husband and I were experiencing some financial uncertainty. Kate kindly asked when a better time would be to reach out and we reconnected in May. Though I wasn’t the most responsive client at times, Kate provided phenomenal customer service throughout the whole process, being unfailingly patient and understanding with me.

As for the painting itself, I’m in absolute awe of what the artist produced. While the examples on the PortraithyArt website and in other reviews show how exceptionally talented the team is, it’s something else entirely to see your own photograph come to life. I keep looking at the painting and exclaiming, “That’s us!!” The fine details they included really make the image special, and I’m still speechless at how everything turned out. They completed the painting so quickly too, which is all the more remarkable considering everything that’s currently going on in Ukraine.

I have been so pleased with the whole experience working with PortraithyArt that I have shared their name liberally with friends, and plan on working with them again in the future. The hard part is just deciding which photograph to do next!

Kate kept great communication throughout the entire process, even up to the tracking and delivery of the item. She created a piece of artwork using a combination of photos and the result was heartfelt, emotional, and incredible. I absolutely love this painting! It’s so beautifully done that anyone would think the people in it had sat for hours in the artist’s studio, not that it was based solely on photos, and that the painter had never even met them in real life.

I ordered a custom painting replicating a photo of my wife and I from our wedding day and I could not be more happy with the result. Kate not only did a phenomenal job with the art piece, capturing every detail I wanted excellently (including a beautiful puddle reflection), but was also incredibly kind and patient with helping me navigate some technical issues in paying for the piece. She did a wonderful job in every aspect, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who asks or be a return customer myself should the opportunity present itself.
