Communications have been very good and it was evident that our puppy has been cared for in the best way along with training.

I had a frustrating experience with Posh Poos over 4 months while trying to purchase a Cavapoochon puppy. They repeatedly ignored my messages, despite asking me to contact them on specific dates. After apologizing for missing a previous opportunity, they sent photos of a new litter, asking me to reserve a puppy. I responded promptly, but they never replied, even after multiple follow-ups. Ultimately, I went to another breeder, Rosedale, who was excellent. I regret not choosing them from the start, as Posh Poos wasted 4 months of my time.

Posh Poos boarding has been so incredibly accommodating, I couldn’t be more thankful to them. I recently had a death in the family, Posh Poos responded immediately when I contacted them quite late about taking my Simba in fora while. They were so good, that they also allowed me to extend the stay for as long as I needed. So, for 3 weeks I knew I didn’t have any worries about Simba because he was being spoiled and cared for, and I had constant text and video updates throughout his stay. Thank you Posh Poos for being so helpful during this time.

Our pup came to us well trained and confident with household noises, including our children!
He came home with a lovely welcome pack, including lots of guidance and instruction, very valuable to a first time pup owner.
Poshpoos ‘after sales service’ has been exceptional. We have contacted them a number of times and they have been prompt in response and very helpful.
We hope to stay in touch with them and let them see our little lad grow old, you can see how much each of their pups means to them.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will return one day I’m sure!

He’s a joy! Seems to deal with everything like road traffic, household appliances, very attached to dish washer, we are very impressed with his skills, when walking if you ask him to go home, he’s away, remembers which way the doors opens, very impressive little man, he’s called fluff ball by the people he meets, Posh Poos were hard to communicate with, persevere worth the wait.

Posh Poos puppies come already 90% house trained and used to noises at 8 weeks! Rose works very hard to get them off to a great start in life and it shows. She doesn’t just let anyone have one of her puppies so I feel honoured to have been entrusted with one.

We picked up our beautiful boy (Bertie) for my son just under a month ago. Honestly, the best little poppet and we are so in love. Rose and the team are so knowledgeable and have done a tremendous job In socialising him. We get compliments everywhere we go but more importantly we have a confident, happy and content puppy that has slotted into our family without any difficulty. Cannot recommend poshpoos enough. I would highly recommend Posh Poo’s not only are the puppies gorgeous but they also go the extra mile to ensure the pups are happy and content, before they find a new home. We collected our little guy a couple of weeks ago, he came to us full of confidence, used to all the usual noises, friendly, intelligent and easy to train. He is just a absolute delight to be around. The work that PP’s put in during the first 10 weeks make such a difference and has really helped him to settle in. Would also recommend PP’s food range, it’s excellent. A++

Cannot recommend Poshpoos enough. Currently nuzzling with our adorable 12 week maltipoo. She clearly had the best start at Poshpoos as she is friendly to everyone, confident with all new experiences (the vet commented on how confident she was) and very intelligent and easy to train. Clearly the care Poshpoos takes with breeding and the looking after of mum and then puppies during the first 8 weeks pays off as we have a puppy who surpasses all we hoped for.

We had our first Maltipoo in 2020 and yes, also a second one in 2021… This is the best we can have in our family! They are making us all so in love with them and we never regret the fact that number two came in! They have so much more joy together than alone…

We have received two puppies over the last couple of years from Poshpoos. Both cavapoochons and they are lovely. Both were shipped to Bermuda and Rose was extremely helpful with the process. Both puppies arrived in good health and have been incredible companions for our family. I would definitely use them again and have referred other people to them.

I followed Posh Poos for a while before seeing and enquiring about Betty my gorgeous dog. Rose and her team were informative and helpful leading up to be adopting Betty. Betty is my first dog and she has been a dream since the minute I lay eyes on her. She is chilled, adaptable, socially confident with humans and dogs and has been super easy to train. She settled right in. Wherever I go people stop and say hello and ask about Betty she really is a beautiful dog and the best thing I’ve ever done. I feed Betty on the posh Poos food and she has stayed in posh Poos boarding all of a high standard and can’t recommend enough. You breed the most beautiful dogs and I feel so lucky to have Betty thank you

We got Max from Posh Poos last year. My wife was dealing with some mental health issues and we thought that being in charge of a puppy will bring her some calm and comfort. Best decision ever! Max has been so good since the beginning, we almost had no accident with the potty training and he is so good with our friends and their kids, its a blessing having him around. We had a good experience with customer service, we didn’t have immediately reply, but when we spoke to Rose she explained to us that she’s a mother and the only one answering emails, calls and all social media so we understand any delays. We had some tummy issues with Max which the vet said was becasue of him being nervous and often happens with new puppies Rose guide us through the process and explained how to keep him in a calm environment and limit his treats and he was fine in only a couple of days of settling in.
As a husband I can be thankful enough for Max and Rose for allowing having one of her puppies. Recommended

* Discovered after the experience I describe below:
There are TWO other maltipoo breeders registered at Companies House under different company names but in the same exact postcode/same estate and under the same family name as the breeder we bought from (1 is dissolved but still trading on Pets4Homes and the other also selling on Pets4Homes). That there are THREE maltipoo breeders with the same postcode on the same very small estate appears to be suspiciously like a puppy farm and had we seen this before, we definitely wouldn't have bought from here.
We weren't allowed to meet the puppy before picking her up and we weren't allowed to see her living conditions once there. We ‘apparently’ met ‘mum’ who was only 1years old.The locum vet told us she had an underbite & protruding jaw. We were sceptical as to how this hadn't been spotted by the breeder before the sale and concerned that another reviewer had complained of the same issue suggesting it was genetic and a known issue by the breeder.
Every effort was made to get in contact with the breeder quickly (email & instagram) as previous reviewers on Trustpilot said they had not been able to get in contact with her and the contract stipulates that we must notify her as soon as possible otherwise the guarantee may be voided.
We booked a 2nd opinion to ascertain the severity of it but the breeder demanded that we bring the puppy back; she could not understand why we might want to keep a puppy we had fallen in love with. The breeder was unreasonable and difficult; I was insulted for contacting her in 2 different ways, despite there being evidence that it had taken her 3 months to reply to one unhappy customer here. She thought it unreasonable that a 2nd vet would charge for a 2nd opinion or that the vet would charge for their time in speaking to her on the phone, as if they had all the time in the world to speak to people unscheduled. It was bizarre listening to a breeder whose business it is to sell you a puppy scream " I love her more than you do give her back to me!" and " you've had her for 3 days, give her back to me!" I referenced the reviews I'd read and said that I would consider writing my own based on my disbelief that she hadn't spotted the jaw issue - this was apparently "nasty" and " aggressive". Yet, she also criticised me for refusing to raise my voice to her level as she shouted at me on the phone for 30 minutes. My "monotone voice" (read calm) was a consistent theme in her rant as I refused to engage with the shouting. This escalated to her threatening me:
"I will knock on your door tomorrow or go to your place of work and hurt you where it hurts most"
Thankfully I had her on loud speaker for others to witness and have some of it recorded.
Prior to sale, I'd filled in a questionnaire about myself, employment and living situation. The breeder was also given access to view my social media. No concerns were raised nor would there be as we are a reliable and professional couple. During one of the calls (both were from a withheld number) the breeder made random unsubstantiated insinuations about my character. When pressed for detail on these, there was only more shouting of "give me back my puppy!" As an autistic person (disclosed pre-sale) to be told repeatedly that I wasn't normal and be yelled at steadily for 30 minutes was incredibly distressing and upsetting. I should've hung up but didn't want to be rude.
This all because we had considered keeping the puppy as we'd made a commitment-though we expected 50% of our money back for the breeder intentionally withholding vital information- because I'd asked if she would contribute to the cost of the 2nd opinion and because I would write an honest review regardless of the outcome. It would be a far too lengthy review to write down all of the ranting, irrelevant and invented comments she made in the 2 calls and emails, besides, the threats were the highlight. This is not what we expected in a professional context or from a reputable business so sadly returned the puppy. Ironically, pre-sale I had scheduled a call to find out more about the puppies. I was able to ask a few questions before being rudely cut off with "I have another call" once I'd asked why the puppy's original reserver had changed their mind. She couldn't speak to me for 5 minutes to tell me about her puppies but could spare the time to yell at me for long periods while I was at work.
The pup was picked up by her assistant and not the breeder herself and no concerns were raised about the pup's health or our care of her. Whatever the histrionics and bullying behaviour was about, it clearly wasn't about genuine concerns about us as owners and it was truly shocking and bizarre. And yes, she does delete IG comments. Mine was deleted, all it said was 'please get in contact, the puppy has a problem you didn't disclose to us'.

One million percent recommend. We bought our pup from Rose, Posh Poos on the 4th July after months of research. Leading up to getting our bundle Rose was brilliant keeping me up to date and sending me pics and videos. “Tiny” was super small so Rose kept her a couple of weeks longer to check everything was ok which was really reassuring to know that she has the pups best interests at heart. When we collected Tiny we met Mum who was simply gorgeous, relaxed and incredibly friendly. The handover was extremely thorough and, as a first time “Mum and Dad” was brilliant for us as no question was too much. We left armed with everything from food to poo bags to Injection log! Since collecting Tiny I still had further questions which Rose always answered (and continues to answer) for me. Tiny is the most adorable relaxed, bright, happy and simply gorgeous pup. A credit to Posh Poos.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rose and Posh Poos to anyone.

How refreshing to find a breeder that actually cares about her dogs.
We searched for months for a puppy from the right breeder but we’re disappointed so many times by the people that were selling them. They did not ask any questions or if they did, they did not care about the answers, only the money and could tell me nothing at all about the breed.
I stumbled across a beautiful Cavapoochon therapy dog on Instagram and the owner told me about posh Poos. I was asked lots of questions about myself and where the puppy would live. After sending pictures of my outside space , sending I.D, speaking on the phone and finally sending my social media details was I approved to own a puppy. I met my chosen puppy with his mum and litter, so obviously very well cared for and loved. I did my homework, contacted lots of other owners, spoke with the council to confirm they were licensed breeders and I did not jump at the first litter that was offered. When I saw my little Rufus (then named Jack) it was love at first sight. Rufus is my best friend, rides round the whole of London with my on my bike, comes to my office and for dinner, I could not be more happy with or the breeder who raised him.

Purchased our puppy from Posh Poo as they were registered with the council and highly recommended by Dogs For Autism. It’s a minefield out there trying to find a trust worthy breeder, we really did out homework and Posh Poos we’re recommend many times. I never write reviews but I must say that our puppy has just enhanced our home beyond any expectations.

Reputable breeder, deserving of good reputation as my puppy (and others I have met from same breeder) are faultless in every way, just absolute angels and are a delight to be around.
The only reason I gave a lesser rating is that it was so very hard to actually get a puppy as every time a litter became available they were reserved right away so it was constant messaging to the breeder until I managed to be able to reserve my beautiful boy.

We bought our Maltipoo Truffles from Posh Poos back in 2018.
He has been the best thing that happened to us and had never given us a days trouble. Truffles was fully house trained in 1 day! He came to us confident, so well socialised and happy, he was obviously raised very well.
My sister and mum were so impressed with him that they themselves went to the same breeder last year and got there Cavapoochon puppies, they were the same, very well socialised, happy, house trained, as good as gold.
The breeder is very knowledgeable about both of these breeds and is very particular about whom she will allow to own them which is very reassuring, be prepared to answer a lot of questions about your home and day to day lifestyle !
We keep in contact to this day and it’s comforting to know that the breeder cares about her puppies, even when they have grown up.
