I have been trying FOR DAYS to change…
I have been trying FOR DAYS to change my auto pay to my debit card. There is not any customer service phone number "Max" the AI chat tells me it cannot connect me with a HUMAN...The linkedin page sends me a link to sign up.....So absolute negative stars for customer service....Imagine a "finance" app with literally zero way to reach customer service TERRIBLE
I want everyone to look at the response. IT makes my point for me

I thought this was a good way to help my credit
I thought this was a good way to help my credit. I paid the loan off a week early, reapplied and was denied. Nothing has changed in my income. Just being curious, I checked my credit report to see if they reported me paying it off and it said that my loan was only 40% paid off and after emailing them they said it would be reported a month later to the credit bureau’s and needless to say it never was. I’m so irritated with them. It also sucks that they don’t have a customer service number and they respond to emails days later. I would not recommend.
