IVE EMAILED 5 TIMES NOW TO CANCEL THIS ORDER , NO REPLY AT ALL , ITS TOO COMPLICATED FOR ME AND ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH I BELIEVE THEY MUST DO BUT NO REFUND AND NO REPLY , THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT THE ID AND ALL THE INFO YOU MUST EMAIL OVER WHICH I CANNOT DO ITS OUT OF MY SKILL SET ,JAMES AVANN
UPDATE , OUT OF THE £40 THEY TOOK FROM ME THEY GAVE ME £9.60 BACK AND SAID THE REST IS FOR FEES , THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE WHO CANT FORFILL WHAT THEY WANT DUE TO TO COMPLICATED , THEY REASON WAS FALSE THEY SAY NO REFUNDS TO BUSINESS I AM NOT A BUSINESS THIS WAS PERSONAL , THEY JUST DID NOT WANT TO FORFILL THE REFUND , I WIL TAKE UP WITH MY BANK

Wrong address
I purchased an address service for my Ltd company. When I tried to register it at Companies House it was rejected. As I live in Wales the registered address has to be in Wales. I contacted them to ask for a refund but did not get a reply

During the purchase he needed to agree to our Terms and conditions to be able to check out.
These clearly state:
Our Refund Policy:
Sales to Businesses: Sales made B2B (our businesses selling to other businesses) are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations and these services are non-refundable.
You can live anywhere and use our service. We have seen no evidence that the jurisdiction for the client's company is Wales - in fact we cannot find the company name we have been given listed on Companies House. If we see evidence that the company is a Welsh Company and therefore not eligible to use our address we will refund the service.

Contacted straight away to cancel and they did not refund even though services were not used. They do not respond to the numerous emails I have sent. Absolutely rubbish I would stay away from them. DO NOT USE!
