I will never purchase from Posterstore

I will never purchase from Posterstore, or recommend it to any friends and family. I have been trying to return my purchase and get my refund for almost 2 weeks. Terrible customer service.

Damaged Poster, No Resolution

My poster arrived damaged, and was much lower quality than I expected for the price. The print was dull and not nearly as vibrant as the picture on the website, and the print was bent at some point so that there are significant fold marks on the print. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get it refunded. I’ve been back and forth with customer service and have no resolution. Their response time is ridiculously slow. I ended up messaging them on social media- they replied and said that they can see someone is helping me via email, but NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. Sad, because I was excited about my poster. I won’t order from them again.

I still have not gotten a response from…

I still have not gotten a response from you about my return you guys shipped me the wrong size posters and the quality was horrible. They were all creased. I emailed you and the only response I've gotten so far has been. I'm sorry for the delay. we will get back to you. I've sent numerous emails. I want this taken care of. Your customer. Service is horrible. I would never recommend this company. Please take care of my return and send me the correct order.

I would have appreciated nore…

I would have appreciated nore transparancy about measurements in inches. Or maybe have the ability to cut w extra border around edges to round up. The print I bought did not fit the 20x28 frame by a small amount, plus it would not lay flat. Frustrating. Extra border would have let me play with a small border and it would have stayed flat in the frame.

Very attractive posters

The posters were delivered in good condition. The quality of the posters is very good and they weee carefully packed. Delivery took a little bit of time and two separate deliveries.
