I've been using this tool for multiple months, and it's hands down the best in the market. Believe me, I have tried all the ones (I would name them, but I'm not sure if that's okay here) head to head
This one is the best by far. I would have some constructive criticism when it comes to the UI and the design - I feel like it could be a bit more intuitive at times. But at the same time, I'm using it more and more through my agents, so it's not a deal breaker at all for me. Plus, the team is very responsive, so I'm sure they'll squash that out in time.

Definitely awful product and non-existing support. They literally delegated all support to AI. There are many other tools out there.

I've asked to cancel my suscription. It kept running for 3 months, and still no answers from Rim or from the support

We're sorry to hear about the difficulty cancelling your subscription and the lack of response. That isn't the experience we want anyone to have.
We'd like to review your account and make sure this is resolved. Please reach out to our support team with the email associated with your account, and we'll look into it as soon as possible.
When I try to connect a LinkedIn page, Postiz does not detect it. That is the first issue.
Then, when I delete LinkedIn access and try to set up a new LinkedIn connection, the previous LinkedIn connection reappears. This suggests that the connection was never actually deleted, despite the message indicating otherwise. In my opinion, this indicates a potential GDPR infringement.
Finally, when I try to submit a bug report, I am blocked because my browser uses an ad blocker.
Until Postiz resolves these issues, I cannot recommend it.

We're sorry for the issues you encountered. The LinkedIn connection behaviour you describe, as well as being unable to submit a bug report, is not the experience we want to provide.
We take data privacy seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this properly. Please contact our support team with your account details and any relevant information so we can review the connection state and help resolve the issues.
It doesn't work. I paid for the highest plan and my openclaw agent can't post.
