I've used a lot of banks and a couple of fx brokers. Ps live is great very responsive and transparent. Very efficient indeed.

The Registration process is, to say the least, convoluted but well worth it. Stick with it, you will be pleased in the end. Given the level of online fraud that exists, due diligence is to be expected.
Alice provided simply the best customer service I could have asked for, and because of this, I have to give 5 Stars. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. i will no doubt use them again.
I needed to transfer a significant amount of Euros into GBP .
Not only did Pound Sterling Live give me a pretty good rate, they went out if their way to help.

Being in my eighties and not too clever on a computer I couldn't have set up an account at Poundsterlinglive without all the help Alice gave me. She guided me through the website, correcting my errors and promptly phoned me back as soon as she was free if she didn't answer my call straight away.
The transaction wasn't completed until late afternoon but the funds were in our bank account the next day so thank you Alice.

I found the experience with Horizon to be excellent. I have never exchanged large amounts of money before but Louisa and Alice made the process clear, kept me up to date with the market trends and completed the transfer same day to my UK account once I pulled the trigger. It took sometime to set up the account with one thing or the other, however the rate was better than most. I would advise caution if transferring to Spain as Caixabank charge for Euros being sent from a NON EU Country.... The service provided by the team was beneficial
