Need to work on tracking, Its a must have these days and very frustrating when the track your order process doesn't work,other than that all good (But it should be a given your going to get the product you ordered)

Can you tell me did you receive an automated tracking email at the time of ordering? Everyone who orders should get one. Maybe it went to a spam folder? Regardless, apologies that you didn't have the best experience with us.

I believe that for an order exceeding…
I believe that for an order exceeding 100 euros, the delivery service should be improved. The delivery agent should notify the recipient at least 24 hours in advance, providing options to redirect the delivery in case they are not home. In my case, I had to constantly track the delivery and follow up with WhatsApp messages to An Post customer care in order to have it redirected.

We pride ourselves in our quick delivery and even though we dispatched your order within 4 hours of having received it, it looks as though An Post experienced some pretty bad delays. Sorry about this. Please, if you ever find yourself in this situation again, contact us first and we'll do everything we can to get a replacement order out to you as quickly as possible. Can I ask, did you receive an automated email with tracking when you ordered? Unfortunately, being the postal system, An Post do not have the capability to offer redirection and your package will be delivered to the address you specified at the time of ordering.

Re-review of a satisfied customer dispite some hickups.
In the original review (now deleted) I have complained loads since my Alpha Brain nootropics haven't arrived, while I've received an email for successful delivery, and customer support was utterly unresponsive. Were it not for the latter, I would have waited with any reviews until the matter would have come to a close.
Here's a re-review from a satisfied customer.
I now have full understanding of the situation. First Black Friday and then the fast approaching Christmas season had everyone overwhelmed. An unfortunate mistake happened and my package was sent for Ireland instead of Slovenia in the delivery service's system (hence delivery successful email on the day after ordering). After a while the customer support became responsive and did their best to get to the bottom of things.
I've since not only received my parcel, but they have already refunded my shipping expenses and gave me 20% discount code for my subscription after I use up the current stock. For that I rate them 5 stars.
And BTW, I love the product.
