The start of the project was a little rough. It was hard to communicate with the crew due to the language barrier. After a few phone calls, things began to run a little smoother.
At the end of the day though, it all comes down to the finished product. They did a good job and I am happy with the work.

From the demonstration of the product and the product knowledge of the salesperson to the installation of the product. Clean up and after installation service care. I am able to also reach and TALK with someone on the phone when I make a call. That in itself is GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I always felt confident that the crew(s) knew what it was doing and was doing it well. They "powered through" some pretty cold weather to get the job done. Unfortunately snow and cold prohibited what I would consider an A+ cleanup but the job was superb.

The entire process was handled extremely professionally from the initial meeting with the young man at my door, to the quality control person when the job was done. The crew was great, respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very happy with our new windows and I have to say this was one of the best experiences ever.

Top notch company to work with.

It was a very seamless experience from making the appointment to the install. Only issue is after installation my windows were dirty...Alex came later to make sure all was well and go thru things with us. He cleaned windows and they looked worse after he left. Might have been because it was so cold, but still a bummer not to have really clean brand new windows.

They were very professional, Clean up everthing, Work good together as a team, Supervisor came over to , inspect and demonstrated how to open/ close and cleaned windows, I give her 5 🌟 ( Leigh Corbett) as well, I'm pleased with my windows . Valeria

I had a great overall experience working with the Power Home Remodeling staff on my widow (31) and door (2) replacement project. Their staff worked professionally, courteously and efficiently. The project was completed in less than eight hours to my surprise especially because it was less than 20 degrees outside that day. Their staff removed all debris and left my property in excellent shape. I would definitely hire Power Home Remodeling for my next project. I would also recommend them to my relative and friends. GREAT JOB!
Areas for improvement:
1. Remind customer of date and time of installation appointment at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
2. One of my existing window shutters was not able to be reused on the new window configuration in my master bedroom bathroom, as I was told they would be by the salesperson. I likely would have not replaced that widow had I known the shutters could not be reused. I had to purchase new blinds for this window and install them myself.
3. Work with customer to reinstall window and door security transmitters on the new window and doors. Any material required for this service could be purchased by the customer and made available during installation.

Fair pricing and professional experience from start to finish. Looking forward to our next Power Home Remodeling project!
