Going through a mortgage lender/options search and having all your evidence together to position yourself for a prospective lender is nothing short of managing a second career. Kathryn at Power mortgages was well seasoned and informed at every step of the way and was on hand to discuss each moving part with an incredibly professional and friendly manner.
I am utterly outstanded at how human she was able to be; having never met me in person, but diligent and organised and took the stress out for me on what can seem like a rollercoaster journey. I highly recommend Kathryn's expertise and the organisation, there were no hidden costs or agendas just great professional customer service, i'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Usually I am not the one who writes any reviews - unless I have a bad experience with any of my purchase. However, now that I have completed my new build home purchase on 05th Aug (Fri), I can only thank Power Mortgages, Manny and Chloe for the key role they played in this entire process. Manny and Chloe got me a great deal back in Feb (when the interest rates were low and cost of living crisis was just starting to spring up) and that great deal was set to expire on the 14th of Aug. Chloe and Manny also helped me get the ATP from Help to Buy team to proceed with the home purchase. With my solicitors being too diligent and sellers solicitors being too slow - the contracts were still not exchanged by end of July and that is when Manny & Chloe got me an extension on my mortgage offer from the lender bank. The mortgage offer extension was for another 3 and a half months (till 31 Oct). Thankfully, things moved ahead at a very quick pace in August and contract exchange was done on 02nd Aug with completion on 05th Aug (I got the keys) and we will now be moving to our own home on 18th Aug.
