We take full responsibility for not explaining more clearly exactly what to expect during the first couple of weeks of our farming process. It's quite normal during this initial phase to have a subpar ACoS. We are essentially placing a lot of bets and not all of those bets are going to pay off. However, we definitely dropped the ball on keeping you informed and seeing proper expectations.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us to improve. Going forward, we will be making some significant changes to our onboarding process, including:
- Improving our initial client briefings to set clear expectations about our farming process.
- Providing more frequent and detailed updates during the early stages of engagement.
