Excellent service from Benn at PPM interiors. Submitted an online general enquiry and received a immediate response. Benn was extremely helpful in explaining the service and supply of the of the items we required and recommended some fitters to help us out with our requirement. Kept us fully informed of all the delivery plans and followed up with an email to check that we were satisfied with the good. Great customer service with a genuine interest to ensure satisfactory service.

Great service throughout the process, got in contact with Ben for some additional units to extend the kitchen. Quote and order was completed within days and delivery shortly after. One component was damaged during delivery and Ben quickly got a replacement without question. Really pleased with the end result

Ordered the unit and was kept informed at all times with delivery dates and times.
Handles arrived but were not matching. Ben immediately worked out the issue and new handles were sent straight away.

We required new kitchen units in our utility room following an insurance claims. We visited the showroom in Peterborough and Ben took us through the order process from unit type, to colours, and options. He was able to improve the design of our existing layout whilst still meeting the requirements set down by the insurers.
Everything was delivered on time and the fitting process completed at a time that suited us best.
We are very happy with our newly refurbished utility room.

Designing and ordering my new kitchen was easier than expected, largely thanks to Ben! From our first chat, Ben truly listened, turning my ideas into a beautiful design and really demonstrated the difference in symphony kitchen products compared to others like Wickes or howdens. We were in desperate need of help with the planning and design of a new kitchen, having moved into a Bungalow with a totally impractical kitchen. Ben from PPM Interiors (Symphony Kitchens) was an absolute godsend. He provided us with a really useful first plan and gave us his advice regarding different options, he discussed the ranges with us and it was all done with no hard sell. We went on to finalise the design with Ben and he was with us every step of the way ensuring that all the units were delivered on time and in good condition. We are delighted with the end result and can’t recommend Ben highly enough.
