The engineer was here today and finally sorted out the issue. Before that I had two other engineers at my house and they couldn’t locate where the problem was. One suggested it was the main sewerage line which was blocked. It cost me £190 just to find out that that wasn’t the problem.

All the arrangements were fine.
Obviously the instant request for feedback preempts any meaningful report of how the service - in this case the annual servicing of a basement sump pump - actually performs / delivers value over time. But if you are asking about the engineer’s visit then all OK except finding my shower head detached due to - I am guessing - it’s use to provide water for flushing the pump and its chamber. I’ve docked a star for this restoration oversight.

The engineer arrived on time at 8:00 am. The alarm on the system started to ring this morning before the engineer arrived. There were a number of problems with the system, all of which he dealt with, including the provision of a new float and three connectors. He left the system in working order.

Engineer very efficient and polite, got on with the job, zero fuss

Weren't sure what was wrong with our pump systems on site. the technician came to site not long after initial call made to PPS.

technician found numerous issues with our system as they went through each one resolving them one after the other. Technician was able to clearly explain all issues as they came across them.

major parts were replaced which they happened to be carrying with them and eventually everything was left up and running

Both engineers were very polite and proffesional and was explained the situation and what was required.

Really friendly and courteous engineer. We discussed several topics and he was clear with answers and suggestions.

Long wait for breakdown (9hrs) but they did come same day and managed to fix the issue and replace a number of parts.

I cannot say if the service is carried out correctly, as I am not an expert. However, the engineer was a nice, professional, and quiet person.

They always send really helpful and considerate technicians. I've used them for year and been very happy.

Timely delivery

The guy who came round went above and beyond expectations. Nice, friendly chap who was able not supposed to be here to connect our pump to the internet but, on finding the chamber full of water and the pump blocked by grease, he rolled his sleeves up and got stuck in, cleared it all out and left it in good working order. Impressive, as it was a tough job in a hot, confined space!

Very pleasant / polite technician however I was not pleased with the damage and mess on my tiles left behind.

I love this company, they remind me that I need a service, they come when they say they are going to and do a fantastic job - would highly recommend, in nine years they have never let me down

Emergency callout confirmed foul pump had failed, new pump fitted.
