Think, assess, and act
I enjoyed the thought process of considering the unit as a whole, then placing myself in the shoes of every participant. Overall, not having served, gave my a good understanding to what I will be expecting along with considerate to the roles and functions of each title and adapting accordingly.

all pattern are relatively the same, so there is a high possibility of passing the test. Hope to get more various types of questions so practice is more effective

Good cognate test really and an interesting one too.
I think the timing is however too long. May be a 1min per question might fairer. My guess is also that these questions gets tougher as you upgrade, so fair enough.

Changing answers...
I took a practice abstracts reasoning test and it changed 2 of my answers. Maybe to get people to think they failed and want to pay for the service to practice more? I really dislike that tactic.

Still awaiting for refund- no response
I purchased '1-Week Access To SHL Practice Tests Package'by paying £39 on 4 April as the website claimed that it would help with Verify G+ tests by SHL.
After trying it out for two days, I did not find the test helpful and when I actually performed the Verify G+ by SHL, I found that none of the mock tests had relevant questions, images and true and false quizzes. It was all very much out of the context. I asked for refund either on 5 or 6 April and someone got back to me on the 10 April asking for transaction ID and said my email isn't subscribed. I gave my transaciton ID and said I am not subscribed. It's the 20th April and after chasing three more emails to no avail, no one reverted.
Please do not try to eat customers' money by not responding. I paid a lot of money and have fully dedicated to the programme but it was not relevant at all as advertised. Hence I will await my full refund as per the email on the 10th of April, have provided my Paypal transaction ID as requested.

We've been in touch with you to try to resolve this. We have strong reason to believe you purchased a package from one of our competitors (unlike JobTestPrep, we don't offer a 1-week-access test for £39; ours is for 12 months access). We were also unable to find your transaction ID or your email address on our system, despite thorough checks. Hopefully you can resolve this with their customer support team.

All we can say in response is that our service is definitely not a scam (the majority of our reviews here and elsewhere are positive) and our tests are checked and validated by professional psychometricians. We're sorry that we fell short of your expectations – without any detail, it's hard for us to respond with anything more concrete.

Absolutely Pathetic Service
On April 1st, i sent a message to your customer support inquiring about my subscription and not being able to access paid content having paid the full amount. The response i received from your #customerservice agent was SHOCKING and PATHETIC to say the least.
The audacity to call it EDITED without even investigating it on your end and asking me to produce the actual email from the bank is absolutely ridiculous. The language and the selection of words like *EDITED* and *if you're really certain you paid* are you kidding me? Am i certain if i really paid? or are you saying that i'm trying to pull a scam here? What kind of people do you hire for your customer service seriously? Do you do their background checks? What skills and talents do you see when you hire them?

Do NOT buy Watson Glaser tests from this provider
The Watson Glaser tests are marketed as such but they are not Watson Glaser tests; they are a combination of different types of aptitude tests. A total lie. £29 down the drain - I will be requesting a refund.
Update: I received a reply to my request for a refund almost instantly. I was very happy with how my request was handled, and impressed by the level of customer service.

This test was very well put together. The only issue is that it may be difficult to complete if you have little to no experience working in a professional office setting. Teenagers might not have the proper experience to complete this test to the best of their abilities.

The questions were not very difficult. I don't know if they are the same standard as the original tests. Although I could not answer all the questions. I felt like I know the concept, but need a little practice. However, the explanations of the answers seemed very helpful.
