lack of communication
lack of communication from this company is the reason I gave this company a two star. They initially acknowledged my order and I heard nothing else from them until the Courier texted me to tell me it was out for delivery between 8am and 6pm two weeks later. If Prad Glass had sent me a quick email to let me know when to expect delivery I could have made better arrangements to receive my Item as it was a large piece of glass. On the plus side the glass was very well protected for transit.

Some Update emails initially but they stopped and I was starting to get worried, but arrived eventually.
Also email could do with being better formatted.

Nice piece of glass. Just installed today looks really good. Just wish someone would have answered by email regarding total weight that could be placed on the shelf. Will be ordering another piece next month for the other large room! Well worth the money and the delivery was super, no issues glass arrived undamaged!
